After primary school education, his father started to work in the capital Ankara. He completed his secondary and high school education in Ankara. He realized his interest in cinema and theater during his high school years. After his high school education, he played the character of "Sleepy Pirate" in the play "Peter Pan" directed by Emin Olcay at the State Theaters. The play was sold out for 1 year in Ankara. Later, he received tea expertise training at Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon.
After completing his education, he moved to Istanbul and started working in the production teams of various television series in 2003. In 2014, he married his wife, Sahra Sahin, who is a teacher. The couple had a son named Murat. He continued his work in the sector without a break. Later, he took part in many projects as line producer, general coordinator and executive producer. In 2010, he worked as the production coordinator of the movie Honey (Bal), directed by Semih Kaplanoglu. The movie won the Golden Bear award at the Berlin Festival.
