Another member of the ABC-Disney-Marvel mega conglomerate is making his way into the big leagues of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with Variety reporting that Randall Park has joined the cast of Ant Man And The Wasp. The Fresh Off The Boat star will join the 2018 superhero sequel as S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Jimmy Woo.
Woo’s comic book version actually predates Marvel itself; he originated in Atlas Comic’s 1956 release Yellow Claw #1, in which he faced off against the titular bad guy, a “Yellow Peril” villain in the old Fu-Manchu mold. The character has popped up periodically in the Marvel universe ever since, most notably in Jeff Parker’s critically acclaimed Agents Of Atlas run from the mid-2000s.
Park’s take on the character presumably won’t have quite such a convoluted backstory, as he gets involved in the size-changing antics of Paul Rudd ...

DJ Khaled isn't taking the blame for his 2017 Edc performance. The rapper took the stage at the Las Vegas festival over the weekend for a less than impressive performance that had fans booing and chanting for the next DJ (Yellow Claw) to come on stage. However, Khaled took to Instagram today, claiming his sound was broken and he was "sabotaged." "They cut my time short and they had me back stage for a hour and half and the sound kept breaking," he captioned a video from the performance. "Then I heard my fans and I said I'm go out even if the sound cuts off and even if they cut my time short...I'm here for my fans even if the sound man and promoter don't have there...

After releasing a slew of remixes for “Let Me Love You,” with reworks by everyone from Marshmello to R. Kelly, DJ Snake is back this week to offer up a staggering 27 new versions of his Yellow Claw collaboration “Ocho Cinco” taken from the Encore album. The tracklist for the “Ocho Cinco” remix pack is primarily filled with up and comers, though some more recognizable producers like Henry Fong, Barely Alive, Auto Erotique, and Kayzo show up as well.
The selections present on the new remix pack largely take “Ocho Cinco” into bass heavy territory, starting off with Auto Erotique’s thumping bass house rendition of the tune. HeroBust infuses screeching synths into his mix alongside the original version’s exotic melodies, while Barely Alive delivers a spastic remix with twisted samples and growling low end.

Taking to social media this week, Henry Fong has began teasing an upcoming remix of DJ Snake‘s collaboration with Yellow Claw on “Ocho Cinco.” Included on Snake’s debut LP Encore, “Ocho Cinco” was first heard earlier in the summer and served as one of the harder edged trap offerings on the album.
In the thirty second preview for the upcoming remix, we can hear that Henry Fong has transformed “Ocho Cinco” into a driving deep house cut, complete with bouncy bass riffs, four on the floor rhythms and exotic melodies. It’s only a brief sample of what’s to come, but it’s enough to get us excited.
Henry Fong’s take on “Ocho Cinco” comes hot on the heels of Malaa‘s remix of the song, which was previewed in his latest Who Is Malaa? mix. Considering the mysterious producer’s close relation to DJ Snake...

Over the past weekend (or Halloweekend, as many horror fans lovingly refer to as that final Friday through Sunday of October), over 110,000 fans descended upon the Nos Events Center in San Bernardino to celebrate the electronic music scene and everything we love about Halloween.
During the festival, Escape’s stages hosted over 60 live acts performing for thousands of attendees on four stages, including the likes of Kaskade, Benny Benassi, Tiesto, The Chainsmokers, Duke Dumont, Joyride, Tchami, Firebeatz, Yellow Claw, and Claude VonStroke (who opened with a killer mix of John Carpenter’s Halloween theme—the perfect way to celebrate the season).
The entire Nos Events Center grounds were decked out to the nines for Halloween, complete with a circus midway that brought a small-town feeling into the center of the sprawling festival, featuring a tented area where oddities and other entertainers performed throughout both evenings, with Psycho Circus actors posing for pictures with fans.

Update: The full list has been revealed and can be seen below.
Original Post: With the Amsterdam Dance Event now underway, it’s time for the DJ Mag Top 100 to be revealed. As much of a joke as the list has become lately, we all still look forward to it each and every year and though it doesn’t hold too much legitimacy in the eyes of true dance music fans, it’s always interesting to see who ends up coming out on top.
Leaks and rumors have pointed to Martin Garrix emerging as #1 for 2016, something which would certainly make sense given the huge year he’s had. Not to mention he’s also been releasing new tracks left, right and centre this week. With the awards show now streaming live from the Heineken Music Hall, it shouldn’t be too much longer before we figure out whether or not...

In the last three years, DJ Snake has established himself as a dance producer with plenty of pop crossover appeal, scoring chart topping hits in the form of “Turn Down For What” with Lil John and the 2015 song of the summer “Lean On,” produced in collaboration with Major Lazer. The Parisian producer managed to carve out a niche in mainstream music with just a handful of one off releases, but as the album format has experienced a surge in popularity among electronic producers over the last year or so, it seemed the right time for DJ Snake to deliver his debut studio effort.
After a year of anticipation, his first full length release is finally here in the form of the fourteen track LP Encore. DJ Snake’s new release features plenty of marquee power in the tracklist, with major collaborators like Skrillex, Justin Bieber, George Maple, Yellow Claw, Travi$ Scott,...

DJ Snake‘s debut album Encore is finally out today after many months of anticipation. The Justin Bieber collaboration “Let Me Love You” was teased a few weeks back, and the song’s hashtag began trending worldwide yesterday ahead of its release.
“Let Me Love You” is every bit as catchy as you’d expect it to be and further affirms Bieber as a collaborator with guaranteed success. Expanding on the style that DJ Snake forged with Major Lazer last year on “Lean On,” the single features an uplifting summery vibe, and Bieber’s vocals take the lead throughout the song. With danceable rhythms and radio friendly pop hooks, their collab has all the makings of a full fledged hit.
DJ Snake‘s chart tested productions have seen him dominate the air waves in the past, and we’re sure “Let Me Love You” will be inescapable over the next few months.

DJ Snake took his fans by surprise earlier in the week when he finally announced a release date for his upcoming debut studio album Encore. The “Turn Down For What” producer had been teasing his first full length release for a while, and fans were thrilled to hear that it will be hitting shelves on August 5. Hot off the announcement, DJ Snake has now returned to premiere his long awaited collaboration with fellow trap DJs Yellow Claw on “Ocho Cinco.”
Ocho Cinco opens with a deceptively radio friendly introduction, complete with catchy vocal samples and enticing synth progressions. But as the rising percussion gradually builds up to the drops, we’re treated to a surprising take on hardstyle, with pummeling gabber-style kicks and spiraling middle eastern melodies. DJ Snake’s usual hip-hop influences are still present, but it’s interesting to hear him covering some new ground on the collab.
