She is only 18, but she has already written over 130 songs, produced and released more than a dozen. Besides being a prolific singer-songwriter, Ava is also a talented multi-instrumentalist and has performed on Broadway and on two national tours. She has been seen on Sesame Street, Good Morning America, Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, the 70th Annual Tony Awards, and the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (2015, 2016).
She is emerging as one of the most promising young artists on the pop scene today, with one of her first singles "Optimist" earning praise from American Songwriter, Just Jared Jr., and Newsday, and awarding Ava the "Outstanding Achievement in Songwriting" award by The Great American Song Contest. Her song "power of you" was premiered by Hollywood Life, who wrote, "Ava is poised to be a songwriting powerhouse of her generation, reaching #21 on the AC Adult Contemporary Billboard radio chart and #18 on the MediaBase AC radio chart, following performances on "Today in Nashville" and "Voices of America." Ava was featured in Music Connection Magazine around the release of her latest single "I've Been Thinking," reaching #43 on the Mediabase Hot AC radio chart.
Ava made her Broadway debut in School of Rock, the Musical.
Ava is a singer-songwriter as well and plays piano, guitar, bass, violin and ukulele. She has more than 100 songs to her credit.
Ava won the Outstanding Achievement in Songwriting Award in the Pop/Top 40 Category for her original song "Optimist". She was one of only four songwriters to receive this award; over 1,900 songwriters competed.
