Sherri McKnight

Sherri McKnight is a Canadian born actress & wellness entrepreneur. Sherri was born and raised in Ontario, surrounded by horses and nature.
Sherri pursued a career in modeling only to put her career on hold to start a family after getting married (1998) to her now ex-husband (thoroughbred trainer James Cheadle, Prince of Wales Stakes Winner) in Las Vegas.
Sherri home-schooled her two sons Cole and Chad. Chad Cheadle, actor, was the reason Sherri began her acting career. She played a supporting role to Chad's leading role in the award winning film "Fastball" (2015).
Nearing the end of her homeschooling years Sherri went back to school to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After a year of studying large animal medicine she changed her focus to human wellness. Once Sherri graduated and became a registered wellness practitioner (2012) she began successfully treating thousands of patients in her clinic for 10 years.
During this tine Sherri developed a business plan to one day open a restaurant in Elora, Ontario. Once her plan was finalized Sherri opened her own successful Vegan Smoothie Cafe ' The V.EDGE Smoothie Cafe' (2017-2020) in Elora, Ontario Canada serving nutritious, vegan foods to the community based from her professional experience as a registered clinical wellness professional.
She closed the business in 2020 but continues to provide meals privately to some members of the the community.
Sherri enjoys the serenity of her tree-house nuzzled into the forest in a small town, in North Central Ontario, training wellness professionals & working on publishing her first fictional novel - when she's not creating meals.
