Rani O'Brien is a theatre, film, new media, and voice over director. Rani has worked for Kansas City Repertory Theatre, The Second City, The Lark, Pacific Symphony, McCarter Theatre Center, The Vagrancy, Howl! Happening, Chicago College of Performing Arts, Boston University, amongst others. Rani is an alum of the MFA in Directing program at Boston University, the BFA program at Chicago College of Performing Arts studying Acting and Musical Theatre, and The Second City Directing Program. Directing Titles include Mankind by Robert O'Hara, Three Sisters translated by Sarah Ruhl, Hamlet, Les Miserables, Candidate Confessions: A 2016 Cabaret (The Second City), etc. A proud SDC Associate.
