Margot McCuaig is a novelist and an award-winning documentary filmmaker.
Her debut novel, 'The Birds That Never Flew', was shortlisted for the Dundee International Book Prize and longlisted for the Polari First Book Prize. Her second novel, 'Almost Then' was published by Linen Press on April 1st 2021.
She writes, produces and directs documentary films and won Royal Television Society Scotland awards in 2015 with 'Jock Stein', for 'Jim Baxter' in 2016, for 'Tommy Burns' in 2019 and for 'The Women Who Built Glasgow City' in 2021.
