Andrew Choe was born in Daegu, South Korea, as Andrew Wan Choe. He grew up in Cerritos, California. While attending Gretchen Whitney High School he started acting, his first role as Doody in the musical, Grease, as well as performing on stage as lead singer to ska band, The Skatologists, and 80s cover band, The Frame. He began acting for Korean-based talent agency Godoe Entertainment and was the lead supporting role in the stage play, Bucket in a Closed Room, written by S. John Daniels. He attended California State University, Long Beach and graduated in 2002 with Director, Steven Spielberg. His first short film, White Wine, was awarded the Carl Foreman Award. He was Creative Director for Sepulsha, a digital production studio and collaborated with Producer, Michael Lustig, and Directors, Daron Niemerow and Ben Bacal. He is a Producer, Writer, Director, and Editor. His first feature script, The Token, was written while living in Seoul, Korea from 2010-2013 and is based on a true story. He is Marketing Producer-Editor at visual effects studio FuseFX in Los Angeles, California.
