Best known for ambitious, low-budget, explorations into the human condition, producer/writer/director Benjamin Valentine Ngondo-Cooke was born in London, UK.
At 9 years of age Ben made his first short film about the trailblazing composer, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, for a school project. 9 years later, he attended the BFI Film Academy and made Crumbs, which was screened at Stratford Picturehouse and the Barbican cinemas. It was at the film academy where he met frequent collaborator Brandon Quan and the pair went on to study digital film production at Ravensbourne university.
He has made numerous short films, music videos and brand promos, which have garnered award wins and nominations.
