Cinthya Vargas is a Latina actress and native New Yorker from Brooklyn. Her mother is from Puerto Rico, and her father is from The Dominican Republic. She is fluent in Spanish. She began her acting journey at The City College of New York in Harlem. Recently, Cinthya spent the past two years immersed in studying the Meisner technique under Instructor David Newer at the William Esper Studio and graduated in June 2023. Her training credits also include The Stella Adler Studio, T. Schreiber Studio, and NYC Acting Coach Jamie Carroll. She was last seen on stage at Under St. Marks theatre where she played Lorraine in "Muddy Mother Murder," a new play by Margaret & Eli Caterisano. Cinthya is very excited to share that she has written, produced and starred as lead actress in her short film 'Bland,' which has yet to premiere and is in the film festival circuit!
