Mark W. Wright
- Producer
Mark W. Wright earned his first producer credit for his work on "Redemption Song," the Spike Lee executive produced-film about the first historically black college to win a national championship. It's no coincidence that that school is Mark's alma mater, Howard University, and that the sport is soccer, his passion. Mark was on the launch team of ESPN The Magazine and a writer for ESPN The Undefeated. The UK-born, Jamaican-raised journalist and filmmaker has written extensively on sports and race, and continues to pursue projects that speak to uplift and - not coincidentally - redemption.
