Shane Dawson has spent the past two weeks dropping hints for his upcoming eight-part Jake Paul exposé, The Mind Of Jake Paul, which premieres tomorrow. Over the weekend, he released an extended trailer that suggests he had to go to new lengths to get truly honest footage of Paul, his family, and his friends — including using a hidden camera.
“I’ve never done anything like this before,” Dawson says in the trailer’s opening shot. “This is making me f-cking crazy. Now I get it. Now I understand. I understand why Jake is crazy. Because nobody wants to be completely honest, right? And now I’m just f-cked.”
The trailer also brings in a new player: Nick Crompton, who until this past May was a top executive at Team 10, Paul’s vlogger group. Crompton, as well as fellow prominent member Chance Sutton and engineering head Drake Rehfeld, mass-exodused after Paul brought his father,...

After taking several days to collect his thoughts, Jake Paul is responding to a flurry of departures last week from vlogging supergroup Team 10.
Paul says that throughout his career he has always sought to look on the positive side of things, and, to this end, chalks up the departures of Nick Crompton, Chance Sutton, and former engineering head Drake Rehfeld to natural personal and professional evolution. However, Paul added that as he has sought to take his career to the next level in recent months, he has brought on older business advisers, as well as his dad -- “not to run my business and be in charge but simply to look over the shoulders of other people who were in my businesses.”

Yet another staffer has left Jake Paul’s Team 10 -- though this time it isn’t one of the group’s front-facing members but instead a key behind-the-scenes engineering employee.
Drake Rehfeld, who formerly served as Team 10’s head of engineering, has departed the company, as spotted by We The Unicorns. Unlike the lengthy missives compiled by former COO Nick Crompton and personality Chance Sutton in the wake of their respective departures, Rehfeld settled for a simple tweet. He has been named CEO of San Francisco photo effects app startup Splish Creative, and thanked the “awesome people” at Team 10 for the opportunity.

Could a full-on Team 10 exodus be afoot? Days after Team 10 COO and creator Nick Crompton announced his departure from Jake Paul’s infamous vlogger collective, yet another prominent member, Chance Sutton, is following suit.
Twenty-one-year-old Sutton was formerly one-half of the Chance And Anthony channel (2.6 million subscribers) alongside Anthony Trujillo, who will remain on Team 10.
Sutton explained that he is quitting Team 10 to build a solo career. “I believe it is in the best interest for the future of my career that I start to focus on myself,” he wrote in a message to fans on Twitter (below). Like Crompton, Sutton also put out the call to prospective collaborators: “If any investors are interested, feel free to reach out.” Sutton has known both Paul and Trujillo since high school -- which is how he was recruited onto Team 10 in the first place -- and says he continues to think of them both as brothers.

In a sit-down today with Good Morning America, controversial vlogger Jake Paul explained that he sees himself as a role model for his massive YouTube subscribership -- most of which is aged eight to 16.
And to this end, Paul is set to come face-to-face with some of his most ardent supporters in May with the launch of a brand new North American tour. Kicking off in Phoenix on May 22 and produced by Live Nation, the Team 10 Tour will hit 21 cities over the course of two months, featuring live musical performances, exclusive merch sales, special guests, games, and challenges. The lineup includes Paul, Erika Costell, Nick Crompton, Chance Sutton, Anthony Trujillo, Kade Speiser, Chad Tepper, and Justin Roberts. Singer Sunny Malouf will also be performing, though Team 10's youngest member, six-year-old Ben Hampton, will sit this one out.

Jake Paul may be taking a break from his YouTube vlog, but the polarizing star and his buddies are showing up in a different venue. The week of March 5 is "Team 10 Week" for QuizBiz, the live-streaming trivia show that airs each day on the Live.me and Cheez apps. As part of that initiative, Paul and other members of his Team 10 collective will host nine QuizBiz games, during which a total of $260,000 will be awarded to winners.
QuizBiz premiered last December. As with competitor HQ, each QuizBiz game consists of 12 trivia questions, which are presented in turn during a live stream. Anyone who successfully answers all of the questions correctly earns a piece of the winnings; in some games, as much as $100,000 has been up for grabs.
Paul's turn as QuizBiz's host, which will go live on March 11, will occur during one of those $100,000 games. In the days leading up to that event,...
