Olga Freymut is a Ukrainian TV presenter, writer, journalist, actress and model.
Father Mikhail Konyk - engineer, football player, mother Alla Freymut - psychologist, master of sports in swimming, physical education teacher. However, she did not follow in the footsteps of her parents and did not pass on to her love for serious sports. She was fond of at the amateur level those sports that are fun to do: in the summer - cycling, in the winter - skating and skiing. At the same time, from an early age she was a football fan - she constantly attended matches with her father. Olga studied at the music school in the piano class. She read a lot, participated in school amateur competitions, sang and read poetry (including her own composition).
After graduating from high school, she completed her bachelor's degree at Warsaw Private University Vistula. She received her master's degree in international journalism from the Lvov National University of Ivan Franko and the City University of London, in the latter she received a diploma "magna cum laude".
Olga Freymut worked as a journalist for the BBC. Filmed in commercials. Returned from London to Kiev, where she got a job in the international department of Channel 5. Then for some time she worked as a fashion journalist in the 'Breakfast with 1+1' program on the 1+1 Channel. In 2008, she became the co-host of 'Podyom' together with Aleksandr Pedan and Serhiy Prytula. In 2010, she was the face of a new collection by Ukrainian designer Oksana Karavanskaya. Since June 2011, together with Dmitriy Kolyadenko, she has hosted the 'Showmania' program. At the end of August 2011, the program Revizor (2011) was launched, in which Olga Freymut checked the quality of Ukrainian service establishments. This program has become one of the most successful projects of the 'New Channel' in the 2011/12 season. Since March 2012, together with Serhiy Prytula, she has hosted the show 'Kto sverkhu?'. In the summer of 2012, she hosted the program 'Kabriolero' together with Serhiy Prytula and Aleksandr Pedan, in which they traveled around Ukraine. From October 2013, together with Aram Mnatsakanov, she hosted the show 'War of the Worlds. Auditor against the Chief'. Since September 2014, she began to host the program Inspector Freimut (2014) on the 1+1 TV Channel. Olga and her team audited shops, schools, hotels, funeral homes, last minute deals sellers, and beauty salons. In 2015, Freymut was the host of the fourth season of the show The Voice of Ukraine (2011). Since April 2016, she has become the host of the reality show At Loggerheads (2016). Since August 2018, the New Channel launched her own talk show Olia Show (2018).
