TBS has ended the show, which has been described as a cross between The Masked Singer and Hell’s Kitchen, after one season. It premiered in March 2022.
Kathleen Finch, Chairman and Chief Content Officer of Warner Bros. Discovery’s U.S. Networks Group, revealed the show had been canceled during her Deadline-moderated keynote session at Realscreen in Austin, Texas.

OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network is continuing its reality push and has ordered a new gospel-based non-scripted series in addition to renewing five existing franchises.
This comes after the Discovery-backed network expanded its Saturday unscripted programming block to Fridays last year.
Young & Gospel will follow the lives of four young gospel artists as they pursue their dreams and live life on their own terms while staying true to their faith and their families.
It stars singers Koryn Hawthorne, Bri Babineaux, Jekalyn Carr and Christian rapper Wande.

In “Adam,” a teenager pretends to be trans, and his journey provides a bittersweet gateway to the young man’s sexual awakening. Naturally that arc leads to a whole lot of questions, some of which the movie controls better than others. Some have argued that the very premise of “Adam” yields troubling transphobic implications, going so far as to launch a boycott of the movie well in advance of its release, and those allegations deserve serious attention. But the abject dismissal of the movie on the basis of its premise alone negates the actual mechanics of a narrative that hovers inside a cis male gaze, and charts a path toward its redemption.

Exclusive: Unscripted TV producer Thinkfactory Media has upped 13-year company veteran Adam Freeman to President of Creative and promoted three other executives.
Freeman, who was Evp Creative Affairs, has been integral in shaping Thinkfactory’s slate and has executive produced many of the company’s most popular shows. They including 12 seasons of We tv’s Marriage Boot Camp franchise – as well as Here Comes Honey Boo Boo spinoff Mama June: From Not to Hot. He also executive produced and showran Gene Simmons Family Jewels for A&E, with other credits including We tv’s Million Dollar Matchmaker, TLC’s Married by Mom & Dad and Lifetime’s Preacher’s Daughters along with that network’s upcoming My Great Big Live Wedding with David Tutera.
“In our roughly 12 years producing television together, I’ve witnessed firsthand the expansive creative instincts and unparalleled format knowledge exercised by Adam Freeman on a day-to-day basis,” Thinkfactory CEO Adam Reed said.
