As the CEO of Delphine Publications, she's published nearly 300 books, launched careers, and founded aambc, an influential organization honoring literary legends. She founded Black Writers Weekend in 2012 and is recognized as the Shonda Rhimes of Black Publishing, Tamika continues her impactful work, including the Traces of Mika podcast and nationwide speaking engagements on mental health and writing.
