Felicity Huffman's fresh off playing a villain on Netflix -- and in federal court -- but in real life, she and William H. Macy are celebrating getting their kid into a cap and gown. The couple attended daughter Sofia Grace's high school graduation ceremony Monday, as the L.A. High School of the Arts Class of 2019 was honored. Over two weeks after pleading guilty in the college admissions cheating scandal, Felicity Huffman was spotted buying flowers on Saturday in West Hollywood, California, with a smile on her face.
The When They See Us actress, 56, who is awaiting sentencing, wore a black leather jacket and black pants as she cradled a bouquet of flowers in her arms.
Her outing comes days after husband William H. Macy, 69, was seen buying balloons that read “Congrats Grad!” and “You Did It!”
It’s unclear who or what the balloons are for, but the couple’s daughter Sofia Grace, 18, will soon graduate high school.

Felicity Huffman's doing something we have seen since her indictment in the college admissions scandal, and that's ... smiling. Felicity Huffman is one of the many wealthy parents currently embroiled in an admissions cheating scam involving elite colleges and universities, which resulted in her being arrested at gunpoint by the FBI on March 13. According to CNN, the 56-year-old actress is one of nearly 50 people, including fellow actress Lori Loughlin, who allegedly carried out fraud to have their children admitted into schools like Yale, Stanford, and USC.
Huffman in particular has been accused of labeling a $15,000 payment as a charitable donation to the bribery scheme to help her oldest daughter with husband William H. Macy, Sofia Grace, into a top university, according to court records. But in a truly wild turn of events, it seems this isn't the first time Huffman has made a $15,000 bribery payment to get her children into a good school - well, technically.
