Webber has built a career specializing in representing digital talent and commercializing the podcasting industry. She has managed and closed deals for talent including Gemma Styles, Tom Felton, and James Buckley "In Sickness and In Health", as well as launching the F1 podcast “Pitstop.”
Webber will join WME from independent content production company Spirit Studios where she served as Head of Digital. She previously worked at talent agency Gleam Futures for six years where she was Talent Director and Podcast Lead. A member of the Global Academy Industry Board, Webber has consulted for talent agencies, providing strategic growth advice and training for entry- and senior-level agents.
Her start date will be April 8 and will be based in the agency’s London office.

YouTube Greenlights ‘Creator Spotlights’ Docuseries, An Intimate Glimpse Into The Lives Of Top Stars
YouTube is launching a new docuseries next week called Creator Spotlights -- a premium-produced anthology series that will provide a window into the lives of noteworthy creators in the U.S., U.K., Korea, Japan, and beyond.
The series has already premiered abroad, with episodes surrounding the Japanese beauty creator Maataso, and three female creators in the U.K.: gamer Yammy and the lifestyle vloggers ClickForTaz and Saffron Barker. A wave of U.S.-based episodes will roll out beginning Monday featuring footballer Deestroying (pictured above), burn survivor and beauty guru Shalom Blac, basketballer Kristopher London, and interior design duo Mr. Kate.
That batch will be followed by a handful Korean Creator Spotlights, including the chef and entrepreneur Paik’s Cuisine, Korea Grandma, and beauty creator Saebyuk. A second Japanese Spotlight will arrive in January for duo VamYun, with installments from top creators in Canada and India to arrive next year.

Fiorentino is a journalist, critic and teacher who has been a member of the Critics’ Week selection committee since 2016. “I proudly and with great enthusiasm take on this challenge, aware of the responsibility that was trusted on me. Together with the selection committee and the new programming team we will work in continuity with the path of those who preceded us. We don’t have to create anything new. We will keep our gaze well focused on the present and the future of cinema,” she said.

British lifestyle vlogger Saffron Barker has landed a spot on Strictly Come Dancing -- the U.K.’s answer to Dancing With The Stars.
Barker, 19, is the second major YouTuber to be tapped by the reality competition after Joe Sugg. On Strictly Come Dancing, which airs on BBC One, celebrities are paired with professional ballroom dancers and compete in themed performances, which are scored by a panel of expert judges. In his season, Sugg made it to the final round and ended as the runner-up. Other competitors this year include footballer David James, comedian Chris Ramsey, and EastEnders star Emma Barton.
“This is such a dream for me,” Barker said of the honor, per The Watford Observer. “I’m excited to follow in [Sugg’s] footsteps. He's done absolutely amazing. I’ve got a lot to live up to.”
