David Schwimmer has sold his Los Angeles home for $8.865 million. The 'Friends' actor's mansion, which is in the upmarket Hancock Park neighbourhood, has finally sold for less than its $10.2 million asking price - which was itself $500,000 lower than the value when the property was first listed late last year. According to Real Estalker, the house is now home to filmmaker Eric Eisner, his fashion designer wife Stacey Bendet and their two children.
