It is a boiling hot summer day in Vienna. On my way to the event space Halle E at centrally located MuseumsQuartier I can see some tourists cooling their feet in a fountain, others trying to cool off with little electric fans or ice cream. It is a sleeked, ostentatious, and very clean place.
