Mario Cantone has joined the cast of Universal Pictures’ bittersweet tale “All My Life.”
The film is inspired by the true story of Jenn Carter and her husband, Solomon Chau, a young couple who, as they planned their wedding found out that Chau had liver cancer. In the face of their devastating news, Chau and Carter moved the date up and raised more than $52,000 through a GoFundMe account to ensure they got the wedding of their dreams. They were married four months before he died on the day they were originally supposed to be married.
Cantone’s role was not disclosed, but the leads will be played by “Crazy Rich Asians” and “Glee” star Harry Shum Jr. (Chau) and “Happy Death Day’s” Jessica Rothe (Carter). Chrissie Fit, Jay Pharoah, Marielle Scott and Kyle Allen also recently joined the cast.
