Warning: Spoilers ahead! When people think of cartel leaders, they imagine infamous figures like Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman and Pablo Escobar. But in Netflix's Ozark, Alfonso Herrera's character, Javi, is representing a new generation of drug lords.
