There are two real vicious wizards which are patronizing, condescending, arrogant and selfish. Lucius Malfoy and Jafar are real malignant magicians, which abuse their might to oppress other people that cross their plans or just don't fit into their personal world view. They will both curse them with pernicious magic spells while giving them an evil look, a despising smirk and a lift of their eyebrow.
