When Hjördis Petterson was twelve years old, the local movie theatre in Visby needed somebody who could play the piano, so they gave her the opportunity. She also played the piano for the local amateur theatre, Visby Amatörsällskap, and eventually she got her first part. She became interested and got herself a tutor, the actor Emil Hillberg. When she was 18, she moved to Stockholm in 1926 to become an actor, and in 1927 she became a pupil at the Royal Theatre of Dramatic Art. This led to a professional career, first in bit parts but later in greater roles. Her first movie was Kanske en diktare (1933). She mainly worked in the theatre, only making small roles in front of the camera. Notable appearances are Lille Fridolf och jag (1956) and Hemsöborna (1955). She is the Swedish actress who has made the most number of movies. Her last acting performance was in 1985.- Actress
Diana Allen was born in 1898 in Gotland, Sweden. Her family moved to the United States when she was five. Diana was educated in New Haven, Connecticut. She started her career dancing in vaudeville with Eddie Wittstein and Ned Wayburn. The blonde haired, blue eyed beauty was invited to join the Ziegfeld Follies in 1917. She also starred in the Broadway show Miss 1917 and in Ziegfeld's Midnight Frolic. Diana made her film debut in the 1918 short Way Up Society. Then she had a role in the drama Woman. She was signed by Paramount in 1920 and costarred with Monte Blu in The Kentuckians. Her performance got good reviews and people started saying that she looked like Olive Thomas. She appeared in eight films in 1922 including The Beauty Shop, Beyond The Rainbow, and Divorce Coupons.
Diana said her ambition was "To learn and then to act". In 1924 she was cast as boxer Benny Leonard's leading lady in a series of two-reel comedy shorts. They would be her final films. She married Samuel P. Booth, the President of a newspaper circulation company, in 1924. He was more than thirty years older than she was. After their marriage she decided to quit acting and be full-time housewife. The couple divided their rime between homes in New York City and Palm Beach, Florida. They remained happily married until Samuel's death in 1939. Sadly Diana died on at the age of fifty-one. Her cause of death was not publicly revealed. She was buried next to her husband at Roseland Park Cemetery in Berkley, Michigan.- Camera and Electrical Department

- Håkan Loob is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player for Färjestad BK of the Elitserien and the Calgary Flames of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was the head of European Scouting for the Calgary Flames after resigning as president of Hockey Operations for Färjestad. Considered one of the greatest Swedish hockey players of all time, he was inducted into the International Ice Hockey Federation Hall of Fame in 1998 and the Swedish ice hockey Hall of Fame in 2012. The Elitserien created the Håkan Loob Trophy, awarded to the league's top goal scorer, in his honor in 2005.
Loob joined Färjestad in 1979 and was a member of the team that won the Swedish championship in 1981. He won the Guldpucken as Swedish player of the year in 1982-83 after setting single-season records of 42 goals and 76 points. He moved to North America following that season to join the Flames, who had selected him with a ninth-round pick at the 1980 NHL Entry Draft. Loob was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team in 1983-84 and in 1987-88 was named a First Team All-Star after becoming the first Swedish player to score 50 goals in one NHL season. He won the Stanley Cup with Calgary the following year, after which he chose to return to Sweden.
Rejoining Färjestad in 1989, Loob won consecutive Guldhjälmen awards in 1991 and 1992 as the Elitserien's most valuable player as selected by his fellow players. He retired in 1996 to become the club's general manager. He managed Färjestad to four Elitserien titles in 11 seasons before being elevated to team president. Internationally, Loob represented the Swedish national team on several occasions. He was one of the first three members of the Triple Gold Club, signifying that he has won the Stanley Cup, the World Championship (in 1987 and 1991) and an Olympic gold medal (1994). - Director
