Kamalakara Kameswara Rao (4 October 1911 - 29 June 1998) was an Indian film director known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema, and few Tamil and Hindi films. Widely known as Pouraanika Chitra Brahma, Rao has directed fifty feature films in a variety of genres. In 1960 he directed the biographical film, Mahakavi Kalidasu which won the President's Silver Medal for Best Feature Film in Telugu. Chitrapu Narayana Rao (born Chithrapu Narayana Murthy 1913) was an Indian film director and producer known for his works in Telugu and Tamil cinema. He received a Certificate of Merit for the Third Best Tamil Film for Edhir Paradhathu (1958) and Annaiyin Aanai (1962). He also won the Nandi Award for the 1967 Telugu film Bhakta Prahlada. He subsequently directed many movies like Myravana, Bhakta Prahlada, Daksha Yagnam, Bheeshma in both Telugu and Tamil languages.- Director

Chitrapu Narasimha Rao was born in 1911 in Masulipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is a director and actor, known for Sasirekha Parinayam (1936), Sati Tulasi (1936) and Jarasandha (1938).
