Her father was a lawyer and mother had been a professional ballet dancer. When she was a teenager she worked as a milliner's assistant. In 1920 a friend encouraged her to enter a local beauty contest. The lovely brunette was chosen as the very first Miss France. Winning made her an overnight celebrity and she was called the "most beautiful woman in France". Agnes starred in the films House Of The Hanged and The Lily Of Mont Saint-Michel. Then she danced at the Follies Bergere in Paris. By 1921 she had become so famous that she had to wear disguises when she went out in public.
She became engaged to her childhood sweetheart but tragically he committed suicide. When a Hollywood studio offered her a lucrative movie contract she turned it down. Agnes said "My brief reign has ended. There is not money or fame enough in the world to make up for a price a woman must pay when she sells her beauty on the stage and screen." In 1922 she published a book called The Famous Book Of Beauty Secrets. She continued dancing and performed in London and Monte Carlo. During the Fall of 1928 she went on a tour of Argentina. Sadly on September 30, 1928 she died from peritonitis at the young age of twenty-six. Agnes was buried in Espelette, France. - Director

Alberto Migre was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is, without a doubt, one of the greatest soap opera writers in show business. All his soap operas have been characterized for having a direct relationship with the Argentine culture. In fact, he has always shown the neighborhoods of Buenos Aires as important scenarios of his stories. Mr. Migre is believed to be the most successful soap operas writer. In fact, his soap operas have been of great acceptance from the public. As an illustration, we could mention "Rolando Rivas Taxista, Piel Naranja, Dos a quererse, Pobre diabla, La Cunada, and Sin marido among many others. What characterized him enormously, is that he has always liked to work with particular actresses in his whole career. In fact, Nora Carpena, Thelma Biral, Graciela Dufau, China Zorrilla, Soldead Sylveira, Marilina Ross, Maria Valenzuela, Mabel Pessen, Delfy de Ortega, Dora Ferreiro, Susy Kent, Maria Aurelia Bisuti and Paquita Mas have belonged to many of his casts in his soap operas. Olmedo or "El negro" - this way his family and friends were saying to him, not have time to dream of being an actor. He had to study and help his single mother.
But at the age of 14, Olmedo began to work as tap dancing in the theatre (La Comedia de Rosario), as rented public; his mission was to initiate the plaudits when the people was indifferent. The "Negro" remained fascinated with this universe, and began to frequent clubs and to work as imitator (Lola Flores, Miguel de Molina, between others), small roles in comedies, and some steps of dance.
With twenty years old, Olmedo moved to Buenos Aires, and he obtained employment in Channel 7 as Camera Director. On TV, Olmedo created a very dear personage, the Capital Piluso, and from this moment his reputation grew, turning in a TV star.
Then came "No toca botón" and tons of extraordinary personages like "El Manosanta", "Rogelio Roldán", "Grotovsky and Stalisnavsky", "Chiquito Reyes", and many other, that led to theatre and cinema with equal success.
