Neel Nanda is a comedian, writer and actor who began performing stand up in Atlanta, Ga. She kept traveling between the States and England.

One of Hollywood's most respected international journalists, Jorge Camara serves as Chairman of the Board of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. He spent six years as HFPA President (most recently 2007-2009) and served as an officer or board member for more than 20 years. Camara joined the association in 1968.
Camara is film critic for La Opinion (a daily newspaper published in Los Angeles), a position he has held since 2004 following a stint as columnist and film critic for the publication 1989-1997. He is also the Hollywood correspondent for Pandora (a weekly magazine published in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic), a post he's held since 2003. Other publications for which he has written include The Hollywood Reporter, Woman's Day (Australia), Burda Publications (Germany), La Mujer De Hoy (Mexico) and TV Todo (Mexico).
He worked as a correspondent, producer and critic for a variety of Hispanic television productions during the past three decades. From 1992 to 2003, he was film critic and interviewer for Univision's "Primer Impacto," a daily magazine program airing in the United States. He worked in similar capacities for Telemundo productions including "Estrenos y Estrellas," "Al Rojo Vivo," "Hollywood Hoy" and KVEA Los Angeles programming.
He has also produced, directed and/or served as interviewer for a multitude of programs airing in international territories including "HBO Ole," "Cine Canal" and "Desde Hollywood" (all three for Latin America); "Contacto Visual" (Argentina) and "Cinema Video" (West Germany).

In addition to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, Camara is a member of the Los Angeles Film Critics Association and Broadcast Film Critics Association. He served as President of LAFC 1988-1990.- At the age of 11 he moved with his family to Bonn, where his father Alfred Hartmann worked as State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Finance from 1949 to 1959. Afterwards, until 1966, he was spokesman for the board of the "Vergleiche Electricity and Mining AG" (VEBA AG), for which his son would later also work. After graduating from high school, the young Hartmann studied law at the universities of Munich, Berlin and Bonn from 1958 to 1967. In 1967, Hartmann joined "Treuarbeit AG" in Düsseldorf, where he worked as an auditor until 1971. He then worked as executive assistant at "Deutsche Leasing AG" in 1971/72. Ulrich Hartmann married; he became the father of two children. In 1973, Hartmann joined "VEBA Kraftwerke Ruhr AG" in Gelsenkirchen, where he worked as legal counsel until 1975.
He then headed the board office and the public relations department at the VEBA headquarters in Düsseldorf until 1980. In 1980 he became a member of the board of the VEBA holding company "Nordwestdeutsche Kraftwerke AG" (NWK) in Hamburg, where he headed the finance, accounting, legal and tax departments. After the NWK merged with "PreussenElektra" in 1985, Hartmann headed the finance, accounting, business administration and tax departments on the board of "PreussenElektra AG" from 1985 to 1989. In 1989 Hartmann also joined the board of VEBA AG, where from 1990 he was, among other things, headed the finance and tax departments. As a result of the accidental death of the previous VEBA boss Klaus Piltz, Hartmann was made the new chairman of the board in April 1993.
Under Hartmann's management, the economic success of the group was consolidated through rationalization measures, whose business radius extends from the electricity and chemical sectors to trade and services and telecommunications. In mid-June 2000, Hartmann moved to E.ON AG, where he served as CEO together with Wilhelm Simson. In May 2003, Wulf H. Bernotat was appointed his successor as chairman of the board. In addition, Hartmann became a member of the supervisory board of several companies such as Daimler AG and Henkel AG. He also headed the supervisory boards of "RAG AG" and "Munich Re".
Since the mid-1990s he has also been involved in the "Ruhr Area Initiative Circle". He also worked in Germany as Norway's honorary consul.

- Sergey Stepanov was born on August 1, 1928. An artist of the Mosconcert, he created the troupe Acrobatic Quintet Stepanovs in 1959. According to the circus tradition, the troupe named after his last name.
