As a result, the orphaned Perdita is banned from school, taunted by other children, and branded by the community as "the witch's daughter."

Peter becomes the new hero and Jim must find a new job. Also, Jim notices that the show's budget is running out.

Her father doesn't believe that the horse is real, and that Fergus is having too big an influence on her. But the poachers are after the beautiful horse.
- Young Lucy McLaughlin's (Emily Hamilton's) father (Todd Boyce) has lost his job and to help make ends meet she is sent to live with her Grandmother (Jan Moffatt). To help her get over her loss, the old lady gives Lucy a magic ring which will grant her two wishes. But as always is the case with magic, what you wish for can be twisted by the granter of the wishes into something not quite what you wished for.

His mother, Gloria, has the patience of a saint as she balances two jobs-- aspiring pastry chef whose confections are invariably thwarted by Bad Baby's tampering, and chief wrangler of Bad Baby himself. Cornelius, Eubie's father, is a supermarket assistant-manager and usually the unintended victim of Eubie's escapades. Kelly, Eubie's six-year-old sister, is Eubie's misinformed teacher, occasional interpreter, and reluctant caretaker. Keep one thing in mind when you enter Eubie's world: if you're not part of the solution, you have a major "Bad Baby" problem on your hands.
