- High school athletes are being coaxed to take a hybrid steroid called Powerballs to enhance their sporting skills. However, it takes over their brains and makes them oblivious to danger, causing them to die.
- The criminal who killed Walker's fiancé ten years earlier is being released from prison early. He intends to seek revenge on Walker for putting him away by hurting all of his friends.
- C.D. is inducted into the Ranger Hall of Fame. Meanwhile, the only case he could not solve when he was a Ranger comes back to haunt him. The Hangman is back to his old tricks. He taunts C.D. with calls about his killings.
- Walker transports a mob accountant on a plane so he can testify in court. The mob leader wants him dead, so he causes the plane to crash. Walker and the survivors must find their way from the crash site to safety while the mob chases them.
- Walker tells children a Christmas story about a Texas Ranger from 1876. Hayes Cooper was said to have no Christmas spirit. In 1876, a baby was kidnapped, and Cooper was assigned to the case. At last, he found the baby and Christmas spirit.
- There's a reunion of former Texas Rangers and there's a shooting competition with cops from all over the country coming to take part in. An old friend of Alex's, a Senator who is rumored to be running for President is also in town. A retired Ranger and friend of Walker's is also in town and is looking for a man whom he believes is involved in the killing of a cop in another city. When Walker learns of this, he thinks the man is some kind of Black cop who faked his death is now a gun for hire. The group whom he is with is in town to do a job and the one in charge killed a cop who was coming for the competition and assumed his identity. Eventually, they learn that they're in town to kill the Senator.
- A friend of Walker's is a kickboxing champion who is being pressured by a former one who lost the title due to steroids. He tries to plant drugs on Walker's friend, and then tries murder.
- Feeling that merely locking up criminals is not making a dent in the crime rate, Walker makes a proposal for new kind of reformatory before Senator Kay Hutchinson. The prison commissioner, who feels that it will jeopardize his plan to get more funds to build more prisons, opposes it. But Hutchinson gives Walker a shot. Deputy Commissioner Luther Dobbs is sent to evaluate his program. So 10 young first time offenders arrive at what is called Camp Justice. Walker makes some headway with some of them. But when one of them gets into it with one of the guards the program is in danger.
- LaRue returns. This time, he has a court hearing to determine his sanity. He wrestles a gun from the bailiff and takes over the court, killing people at whim. He waits for Walker to come so he can kill him too.
- Walker works with Jesse Rodriguez to break up the Mexican slave trading in Texas. Walker finds the person that is running the operation and closes it down.
- The Rangers and friends take troubled children to C.D.'s ranch for a weekend camping trip. Brooks is there for community service. One boy takes money from a drug dealer at a restaurant, and now the criminals are after them.
- Walker is taking some kids on a tour of the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame. When one of them asks him to tell them about a Ranger, he chooses to talk about Hayes Cooper. It begins in the old West. Cooper is a bounty hunter and after getting his latest bounty, he finds some settlers who are being harassed by someone who wants their land. And he helps them.
- A family man hard-pressed for money is forced to help with a bank robbery. It goes awry and he returns to his family. As they prepare to leave town, their son falls in a sink hole. Walker and the others try to help get him out.
- Alex wakes up in the morning and finds a gun in her hand and a dead man beside her. Realizing she was framed, the Rangers investigate. Her father comes to town to defend her.
- A group of cops execute criminals that beat the justice system. After a few murders, the Rangers figure out the pattern and try to track them down. When an innocent person is killed, Walker makes it his job to stop them.
- An undercover agent is killed by Jack Garrett, the man she was working on. Walker sends an informant to get him to incriminate himself but before he could someone tries to kill him. Walker stops him and discovers that he's the brother of the agent who was killed. He refuses to cooperate, insisting that this is between him and Garrett. Later he escapes with help from his brother and sister and tries to get Garrett. Walker tries to stop them.
- Victor Larue manages to secure his release from prison. He immediately begins pursuing, stalking, and tormenting Walker and Alex to get revenge. He torments them at restaurants, baits them to go to his apartment, hires others to attack them, and tracks them down when they try to elude him.
- After a woman's car is forced off the road by a hit-and-run, Walker makes a daring rescue of her and her daughter. He is injured and falls into a coma in the hospital. Trivette and others search for the driver of the hit-and-run car.
- A Texas Ranger is killed in the line of duty. Two officers apply for the open position. Both are almost equally skilled. One is being hunted by her violent ex-husband, and she thinks about dropping out of the application process.
- A man that Walker and others helped put into prison has escaped. He is determined to kill those responsible for his imprisonment, with Walker being the last one on his list.
- A group of men kidnap a wealthy business man, and take others who were standing near. Alex is one of the people kidnapped. While the kidnappers are arranging for ransom, Alex manages to call Walker with information to help him find them.
- Walker continues to tell the story of Hayes Cooper. And he continues at the part when Cooper, upon seeing the family he befriended killed, sets out to go after the ones he believes responsible for their deaths. After getting one of them, he meets a Texas Ranger who warns him about crossing the line and then gives him a Texas Ranger badge which he takes. After tracking down his quarries, he gets shot but is found by some Indians who nurse him back to health and give him a moment to think.
- Walker returns to the Indian reservation when some Cherokees are accused of stealing pieces from an art gallery, claiming the pieces are really artifacts from a Native American region.
- The rangers help a Mexican security team protect a political candidate from an assassin.
- A well-liked woman in a small town is murdered, and townsfolk suspect a slow-minded man. The sheriff calls the Rangers to help prevent a lynching. Walker and Trivette must find the real killer before the angry town hangs the innocent man.
- Walker realizes the rafting guide is one of the escaped convicts who killed the real organizer. He must find a way to capture him and save the others on the trip.
- An investigation into the theft of a state-of-the-art military helicopter for use in the drug trade leads Walker to a former fellow Marine Corps officer, who abandoned his unit 25 years ago in Vietnam.
- Alex, C.D., and a group of fifth and sixth grade students from a Dallas elementary school are kidnapped by mercenaries, who demand $10 million in ransom. To ensure their demands are met, they trap the victims in the school bus, park it in a landfill, and cover it with mud. Walker and Trivette race against the clock to save them and capture the criminals - also well aware of a deadly storm system with a history of spawning deadly tornadoes.
- When the Texas State Legislature is pondering budget cuts, Sen. Warren Hughes suggests disbanding the Texas Rangers...unaware of a deadly plot an experienced jewel thief has planned for his daughter, Lindsey. When he hatches his plan and has her buried alive, it's up to Walker and Trivette to track down her captors and find where they buried her before it's too late. In the process, Sen. Hughes learns just how vital the Rangers are to fighting crime.
- An undercover detective in Miami is captured by drug dealers when her cover is blown. Miami police ask Texas Rangers to help by going undercover as out-of-town dealers looking for drugs.
- Walker goes undercover as a peasant to stop a slave trading operation.
- Trent has gained a lot of notoriety of being a defender of abused women. Now a criminal's abused wife turns to him for help. At the same time Walker asks for her help to get her husband.
- Walker's friend, Father Blake, is besieged by a ruthless developer who plans to build shoddy condominiums on the same site that he has announced plans to build a shelter for the homeless. The developer's cronies assault Blake, but a down-on-his-luck veteran and his faithful canine companion, Lucky, witness the crime. "Soldier" goes into hiding, so it is up to Lucky to aid Walker in his search for witness and help derail the developer's crooked plans.
- Walker works with the FBI when they bust an arms dealer. The man in charge pulls a gun and Walker shoots him and his dying words are for him to watch out for his brother. The brother, who was out of the country training some mercenaries, upon learning of his brother's death, takes his mercs and goes to Texas. Upon arriving he uses the FBI agent who worked with Walker to get him. He knocks him out and when he wakes up, he tells him that he's going to have to take on each of his men who have been told to kill him.
- Walker and his friends go on a fishing trip to a place where C.D. has a friend. Drug dealers in the area find their cabin and attempt to kill everyone inside.
- Thanks to Alex's father, Alfre is released from prison. She gets a job at a construction site, and soon finds out the contractor is cutting corner and safety factors. She gets in danger before she can report it to Alex and the Rangers.
- When a judge is murdered, Walker captures the hitman and finds out that D.L. Dade ordered the hit. Since Alex has no evidence against him for murder, Walker gathers evidence for him to get him in jail.
- A woman witnesses a murder and is on the run from the killer. She takes her son to stay with his father who is a pro-wrestler struggling with his own problems. The Rangers try to find her to protect her.
- A young boy is considered to be the reincarnation of a former master named Lama Dolgin. Walker helps protect Master Rin who has taken the boy under his wing in order to restore him to his power.
- A for-hire explosive expert is hurt in one of his own explosions. The Rangers learn he was hired for a local job, and they want to find the man who did so. The Rangers ask Charlie Brooks to play the Iceman due to a resemblance.
- A 6-year-old boy is mortally wounded during a late-night shootout in a residential neighborhood between the Rangers and two criminals. Trivette was involved in the shootout when the boy became caught in the crossfire. Initial findings implicate a woefully remorseful Trivette, who is suspended as the whole incident is being investigated. As he suffers greatly, he must contend with an overzealous investigating officer who wants to convict Trivette and have him removed from the Rangers (the officer had been passed over in favor of Trivette when they were up for being named Ranger) and a careless TV reporter who constantly and errantly states on the air that the boy was shot as the result of carelessness on Trivette's part. As Walker seeks to uncover the truth, he and Alex help comfort the boy's parents and pray for a miracle.
- The Rangers bust up a drug operation. While the leader and his sick girlfriend escape, their son is found locked in a closet where he was forced to live. Walker takes him under his wings to give him a life while tracking his parents.
- The homeless are being beaten by a group of teens who film their attack. Walker poses as a homeless man to see if he can catch them in the act.
- Alex gets Walker and Trivette assigned to a movie being filmed as technical advisers. While on the set, Walker overhears several stuntmen talking about a train robbery they are planning.
- A man contacts Alex about a problem but is killed before giving details. His last words are to save the horses. The rangers investigate the man's last days and find a plot to kill the wild mustangs on a range to make way for a development.
- When one of Walker's friends in the DEA goes missing and suspected of being kidnapped by Mexican drug lords, he decides to take an unexpected vacation...and heads south of the border.
- Car thieves are plaguing the city - they steal a specially adapted van used by a disabled boy. Walker is determined to find it for him. In the process of looking for it, Walker kills one of the thieves - a young boy whom Walker knows. It seems that the boy came from an affluent family. Walker has previously arrested him but his family used their influence to get him off the charges. And later Walker learns that someone has placed a million price on his head. And despite being told this, Walker's main concern is getting the van back.
- An agricultural company produces cattle feed that contains a virus. Instead of recalling the feed, they let the virus spread for research and a way to make it better. It affects almost everyone in town.
- Alex is about to prosecute a man named Karl Mayes. She learns that he hired her father to defend him. Her father is a recovering alcoholic and Mayes gets him to drink. Eventually he's not sure if he can defend Mayes which makes him wonder if he can trust him to keep quiet.
- A local gang is destroying businesses and starting turf wars. They threaten one of Walker's karate classmates and force him to join the gang. The Rangers must save him and stop the turf wars.
