- One girl drowned in the Drava in Osijek, she is very young and no one knows who she is. Police Inspector Kovac is trying to find out if it was an accident or she was killed. Local journalist Stribor is also interested in the case.
- Near the place where Ivana's body is discovered, Sanja, one of her friends, is also found dead. The young girl, who refused to answer Stribor's questions, has apparently died of an overdose.
- With Stribor, Vesna meets Visnja, a young girl who knew Ivana and Sanja in the home for minors where they lived. The police officer does not understand why the director of the establishment did not report their disappearance.
- Kozul's lifeless body is recovered from the Drava; Vlado and Stribor's relationship gets strained when the latter confides in him that he followed Visnja to an apartment where Ivana and Sanja also went before their deaths.
- Olga and Stribor are preparing to travel to Kyiv, although Horvatic opposes it. Stribor suspects that the story is bigger than three dead girls and wants to write about international aspects of the case.
- Vesna and Vlado suspect Jakic, their superior, of having deleted Ivana and Sanja's files from the police server; worried about Visnja's disappearance, Vesna goes looking for her. She finds her on the banks of the Drava, dead.
- Olga discovers that fake humanitarian organizations in her center are recruiting girls and women for prostitution and exporting them to the West.
