It seems he sustained amnesia four years ago. Daisy helps a man who was the business manager for a famous singer whom she believes has fallen on hard times.

Until Brian offers to let her stay with him. And she keeps it a secret. Norma, Alex's producer gives birth and her parents try to take the baby away from her.
- Alex may have to sell her house after a deadbeat client of hers declares bankruptcy. But an anonymous benefactor offers to purchase Alex's house for her and in doing some investigating, Alex is shocked when she learns who her financial savior is. Cheering up Beatrice after her heart attack proves increasingly difficult for the sisters as she begins moping around her apartment not wanting to do anything. Meanwhile, Frankie learns that she cannot get pregnant and considers adoption.
- Nude photographs of Teddy taken by Hank and shown at his art exhibit hosted by Alex, forces the mayor to close it down and it lands Teddy in jail when she assaults a police officer. Alex asks her plumber Victor, to be her escort for the exhibit just to make Wade jealous when he brings his date as well. Meanwhile, John is fit to even the score with two radio show DJs that humiliate him during an interview on-the-air.

- Los Angeles police detective Lt. Ohara, a contemplative but shrewd officer, watches as his colleagues bring in a man charged with a robbery-murder spree that included a cop killing. Going through witness statements, Ohara realizes that the wrong man was arrested and that the real killer is someone who very closely resembles him - but is left-handed while the suspect is right-handed. Ohara unloads his gun and secretly passes it to the suspect, who takes Ohara "hostage" and escapes. Ohara then stashes the suspect in his home and reports back to headquarters. The killer had an accomplice, so Ohara joins the investigation. When he finds about the killer's car, Ohara lifts an identical vehicle from police impound and has his new friend drive it around until they are spotted, then quickly hides it while the cops hunt for an identical vehicle.
- A Forest Ranger (Zero Mostel) is asked by his boss (Burgess Meredith) to attract a record-breaking crowd to Yellowstone National Park, and various celebrities are enlisted to help. It seems that each celebrity thinks he or she is the only one asked until they meet up with each other.

She wants to find him and tell him why she didn't respond. Daisy finds him and when they meet him, they discover he's married - only not to a person.
