Growing up mostly in the L.A. area, he moved around from city to city and even lived in Mexico for a time before settling with his family in Temecula California in 1993. In 2008 though he regularly visited L.A. he finally made the move back where he would pursue his career in filmmaking. At the age of 5 he was introduced what would later be his passions. Filmmaking and sharks. With amazement he had seen the film Jaws. His obsession for both would later become his pursuit in life until he would have to pick between the two. Between marine biology and filmmaking he chose film. His moving around allowed him to meet many people and be a part of many situations that some would call impossible. But with this perspective it allowed Ezra to be able to convey life in a way that the supernatural was always lurking. His fascination with different dimensions, doorways into the unknown and masks have given Ezra a very original take on story telling that he continues to develop to this day. Ezra completed cinema from LACC in 2010. Though he took a leave from his craft for a few years, he is now currently and actively pursuing film directing and screenwriting and has written and directed a number of short films. Some have gone on to win awards like his film ALLEYS and IMPOSTER SOCIETY. Right now he is currently residing in West Hollywood with his wife and children where he is actively writing and filming short films and has even started his own production company SUB-CON PICTURES.
