- While studying in Spain, Don Antonio de la Cruz (Patrick James) is asked to return to his native California by his ailing father. Upon his arrival, he discovers the Alcalde is ruling the province as a tyrant and his soldiers murder anyone who dares to challenge his authority. The people's only hope is the legendary hero, Zorro aka Don Diego de la Vega, whom Don Antonio finds mortally wounded after rescuing innocent men from the Alcalde's firing squad. Zorro/Don Diego urges Don Antonio to assume his secret identity and rally the Californians to fight the iron-fisted rule of the government. Don Antonio is also bethrothed to the wealthy señorita, Doña Maria Costanza Arellaga (Patrice Martinez), in which they do not get along but their romance is hinted when Don Antonio assumes the role of Zorro.
- Silent (with music) short depicting scenes from Zion National Park at the height of the fall foliage season. Images include slot canyons, river valleys, steep cliffs, meadows, vistas, mule deer and bighorn sheep filmed at sunrise, sunset and after dark.
- While in a town doctor's office trying to pull Carney's aching tooth, Bill Blake is abducted by three outlaws who mistakenly think he is the doctor. They want him to treat a dying old man who they believe knows the location of a large amount of money. When they realize he is not a doctor, they ask him to pretend he is the old man's son to get him to reveal the location of the loot. To make him do this they threaten the life of the owner of the cabin they are hiding in, along with his pretty daughter.
- While water-skiing, Yukari falls into a mysterious oil-like slick that starts to turn her into a plant. Tommy and Oscar trek into the jungle to find a special plant that can be used for an antidote. They discover that Cesar is responsible for the water pollution. Soon the villain and his henchman are hot on Tommy and Oscar's trail.
- Two truck drivers find a rancher by the side of the road who apparently died of a heart attack. Sheriff Morgan learns that the car had the gas siphoned out of its tank and the wad of cash the rancher was carrying has disappeared. Backtracking his movements to the previous evening, the lawman learns that the rancher's financial status was overheard by three drifters working on a nearby spread.
- Coley Jarrett, an up-and-coming boxer, returns to the Everglades after defeating a leading contender. He becomes the target for every would-be tough guy in the 'Glades, as well as mobsters who are angry that he wouldn't take a dive when ordered to do so. When Coley refuses to testify against the racketeers, Linc uses the fighter's girlfriend to change his mind.
- A woman returns a trip out of town and finds someone else staying in her apartment who claims to lived their years. When her landlord and the building's janitor claim to have never seen her before, the woman takes her concerns to the police and their staff psychologist are return to the woman's apartment building to find everything as it should be - except the woman's husband has disappeared.
- When a police officer searches a car after stopping the driver for speeding he discovers a stolen bracelet. Blake believes the young man was framed and tries to find the guilty parties.
- A mortally wounded soldier stumbles into Johnny's camp. Before he dies, he says only one thing: "Fort Concho." Johnny rides to the fort and discovers it empty of soldiers. The sole survivor is a coward who hid during the fighting and survived--knowing Indians do not harm the mentally infirm--by pretending to be crazy. Before Johnny can leave, he's captured by Kiowas who plan to torture him to death.

Trademarks include the ivy-covered brick outfield wall, the hand-operated scoreboard in deep center field and the unusual wind patterns blowing off near-by Lake Michigan.
- Tom Hampton's 17-year-old niece, Courtney runs away from home after a row with her mother and shows up at Tom's house unannounced. Tom tries to patch up the relationship between Courtney and her mother, Sarah, but it takes a shipwreck which nearly kills the older woman for Courtney to realize how much she loves her mom.

- When Helen Gifford tries to force her younger brother to leave Vera Watson's ranch, Vera pulls a gun and Helen is mortally wounded in the scuffle. Sheriff Morgan doesn't believe the story Vera and Hank have cooked up, so he looks for evidence to destroy their alibis.
- Alice Grayson's uncle develops a wireless torpedo that can be controlled by radio. After he announces his invention to several of his colleagues, two of them murder the scientist, steal the blueprints and prototype, and make plans to sell both to the highest bidder. When Alice discovers the identity of the thieves, the intrepid heroine, with the help of Bob Moore, her two-fisted boyfriend, desperately tries to recover the plans and torpedo before enemy countries can unleash the torpedoes against American ships.
- In Natchez, the Enterprise takes on board a number of passengers one of whom is transporting a large consignment of exotic animal bound headed for a traveling circus headquartered in St. Louis. On the trip upriver, the riverboat's crew must deal with a marauding ape who can climb into passengers' rooms and steal their valuables, then disappear into hiding somewhere on the vessel.

Investigating a light shining in the building that formerly served as the town's hotel, the passengers discover the town's last two residents barricaded against the expected onslaught of an escaped prisoner who is out for revenge.
- Casey and Ben decide to journey to sunny California for the circus' winter quarters. They must get across the mountain passes before they are trapped by the first snow of winter, but their journey is hindered by ranchers who try to hire their men and horse thieves who run off their stock.
- Winnie travels to an all-male Wild West town. When she routs a gang of outlaws, the locals express their love and admiration for her, which is a bit too much for the shy witch. She creates a stagecoach full of lovely ladies to marry the men in town.
- Jungle Jim is asked to put a stop to a strange man's threat that is frightening workers on a nearby plantation.
- When a cowboy accidentally drives a herd of wild horses into Bordertown while on his way to Spokane, Jack suggests he auction the animals on the spot to save him a lengthy journey. Just as the sale begins, three men ride into town, claim the herd as their own and accuse the first cowpoke of being a horse thief. In the ensuing scuffle, one of the men is killed. Clive and Couteau must backtrack the herd to determine who is the true owner of the horses.

- When two men posing as soldiers and a female accomplice heist a large Air Force payroll, Blake is assigned to work with federal law enforcement personnel to recover the money.
- With the guidance of Wiki, Jason's personal robot, Nicole locates Jason and Princess Allegra before their planetoid disintegrates. In order to stop Dragos from jamming the Academy's controls, Jason launches the Starfire by autopilot into the enemy's spaceship and manages to escape with Nicole and Princess Allegra to a nearby asteroid.

A female courier with important information about troop dispositions arrives, but is too frightened to remember the message she was to convey to Marco and his friends.
- Bob Pickett, accused of murder in Tombstone escapes from the Red Rock jail before Clay Hollister can bring him back for trial. As fate would have it, Pickett saves Clay from an Apache Indian who was about to shoot him. The two men get along famously until Dempsey meets them on the trail and identifies Pickett as the man Clay was meant to arrest.
- While visiting El Paso on vacation, Pat Garrett finds himself in a high-stakes poker game and takes a young farmer to the cleaners. The man's wife convinces Pat to return his winnings because the young man can't pay his other debts. Only later does Pat discover that the farmer wasn't married and the pretty blonde was a clever con artist. With Billy's help, Pat tries to beat her at her own game.

- A man from Guadalajara, Mexico swears that an American art dealer has stolen a valuable family heirloom, while the art dealer alleges that that the Mexican sold her over $5000 of worthless Japanese figurines as Mexican artifacts. Neither person will call the police or back off from their counter-claims. When the Mexican is found shot to death in the art dealer's shop, the police arrest the owner. The Brannigans are hire to sort out the claims and bring the murderer to justice.
