- The Narrator (Canek Denis) finds himself with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to change his precarious lifestyle for a brand new life of never-ending lust and limitless power. - More than half a million Haitians and Dominicans of Haitian origins live in the Dominican Republic, where each day they face discrimination and xenophobia just because they have the same color as the majority of the population. This attitude towards black people can be seen almost unconsciously from a very young age in Dominican children, who automatically associate color with nationality.
- The day of her 17th birthday, a young autistic girl (Laura Angelina) dresses herself as a clown and leaves the house dreaming of finding what she always had with her father when he was alive and what she can no longer get from her mother (Gracielina Olivero): love and acceptance. At the end of the day and hopeless, the little girl-clown reaches a fork in the road: to permanently stay in her dream world or to face her reality.
- Tony (Carlos Quezada) is a lower class young man who has been living off crime as a direct result of his extremely poor upbringing. But even though he has gained the respect and is feared by his brothers in arms, his girlfriend Teresa (Yarilin Travieso) pressures him to quit that life, motivated by her desire to be a mother and to have a family. The day Tony decides to assume his new destiny, the night awaits him with other plans.
- A mother takes her son Billy to an audition for a commercial. Although they arrive late, the receptionist receives them. Everything is going well until Billy's mother notices a strange insistence on behalf of the receptionist to make her go away and leave Billy alone with them.
