- When a Michelin-starred chef discovers that his wife has been cheating on him, he decides to get rid of her. He puts together his plan with the same attention to detail that he usually employs for his recipes and organizes things to ensure his brother-in-law is accused.

As Lise's mother Marianne slips into a coma after trying to commit suicide by drowning, Varella gets violently assaulted by the killer.

- The killer takes two new victims: Monica, a young woman, and Yacine, a fellow officer and friend of Clovis. For Lise, it's high time Clovis explained himself. Who is this woman Mathilde, who claims she lives with Clovis and is the mother of his child? Incapable of responding, Clovis leaves home and takes up temporary residence at police quarters. Faced with the new murders, the prosecutor decides to appoint a superior police officer to oversee the lake killer case. It doesn't take Diane Varella long to suspect that someone on Clovis' or Lise's team must be leaking information to the murderer.
- Vincent is called to Camille's bedside, her suicide attempt has left her in a coma. Before reporting Blandine's disappearance, Fabio meets up with Claire: they need to agree on the same story to avoid raising suspicions about their arrangement. Vincent recovers the item of jewelry found by Alice and goes through Camille's affairs. He also looks back through the file on his brother's death and finds the statements made by Simon's friends four years earlier. Today their versions have changed: was Simon fleeing something or someone?
- Alexandra and Samuel hunt for Florent and try to find out the name of his mistress. Perhaps the bank's CCTV camera holds the key to the mystery? Victoire attempts to discover more about the identity of the blackmailer and suspects Ms Carlier. Pierre is frustrated by the investigation's slow progress.
- Alice loses her virginity with Victor, and then learns he was responsible for the fire at the charity bazaar. Rose takes on the identity of Odette, helped by Thomas, who understands that his mother won't be coming back. Adrienne's plans to escape with her daughter are on shaky ground for lack of money.
- Alexis doesn't survive his injuries. Roxane, Alma and Inès are devastated. Everything seems to indicate that it is an accident, but Combas and Roxane are not fooled: for them, it is a murder.

Alice de Jeansin and her maidservant Rose are trapped in the blaze. In its aftermath, Adrienne de Lenverpré realizes she could have died inside.
- Victoire and Florent have to keep their relationship secret, but a mysterious blackmailer threatens them. Éric Merlin, one of Marion's former patients, declares having had an affair with her. Anne and Pierre decide to close the restaurant, against Florent's wishes. Victoire collapses and ends up in hospital.
- Roxane asks Alexis to help her investigate the Ortiz. At first reluctant, Alexis finally ends up having suspicions, which puts him in a wrong position vis-à-vis his future in-laws.
- Marthe is found dead in her own home. She is the killer's fourth victim. Lise, in shock, asks Marianne to come live with them so that she can get her strength back before returning to the care facility, which she ran away from in the middle of the night. As the killer continues to ensnare women, Clovis' and Lise's teams work hard to understand his operating methods and try to trap him.
- Claire reveals to Alice that Sandra was driving the car that killed Simon. Claire had previously told Alice and Fabio that she was the guilty party, and had asked the latter to cover her. At the police station, William is remanded in custody for Anthony's murder. It's now Blandine who is blackmailing Claire, demanding a huge sum of money in exchange for her silence. On the spot where her sister was murdered, Alice finds a small mother-of-pearl pendant. Later, in the car with her mother, Claire suffers from violent muscle spasms and the vehicle ends up in a ditch.
- Paul has disappeared. Run away? Kidnapped? Justine's body has been found: killed by a violent blow to the back of her head. What did she know? Sarah receives a call from the kidnappers: Paul has indeed been taken hostage; she'll get him back if she drops her investigation and returns to Paris. It is becoming increasingly obvious that all the recent events, including Alex's death, are linked to the fire that decimated the Paoli family.
- Mehdi is rushed back to the hospital. The Red Bands and doctors join forces to help him make it through. Clément has been waiting so long to get out that he doesn't feel like he's ready yet to face the outside world. But he knows he can count on his friends to stick with him as he makes a new start. So together, far from the hospital, the Red Bands step out and leave illness behind them, to enjoy freedom and friendship - and finally give life a chance.
- Devasted by what he has just gone through, Medhi loses his bearings. He resents his doctors, refuses help from his friends and puts his life in danger. The Red Bands want to help him, but they are all struggling to deal with their own problems. Roxane has a breakdown. She can't handle being back to life as usual. She decides to return to the hospital. Thanks to her brother, Jessica finally gets her bone marrow transplant. Can the ordeal they've been through bring them together?
- Clément slowly recovers from surgery, with the kind help of Nour. His feelings for her continue to grow. It's getting harder and harder for Nour to tolerate how intrusively present her family is, especially her mother. Nathalie can't get over the fact that Côme hasn't given up on Iris. Worse yet, she realizes that Romain is determined to help him. Thomas finally comes to terms with his disability and regains his self-confidence at high school.
- Victoire and Florent are so worried that they decide to remain silent about their relationship. A hunt is organized to try to find Marion. Is she still alive? Florent also has to come to terms with the guilt of Marion's parents, Anne and Pierre, local worthies.
- Alice has to cope with the death of Rose and the cowardice of her fiancé Julien. Little does she know that against all odds, Rose has survived and been taken out of the hospital by Thomas' grandmother, Mrs. Huchon. Adrienne, waiting in hiding for her husband to bring their daughter back for her funeral, makes her first mistake.

- Lise and Clovis find a third corpse in a state of decomposition in Annecy. The woman, assassinated according to the same ritual, was probably the killer's first victim. Meanwhile, Marianne's nursing assistant Marthe is corresponding with a man on a dating site who is actually the killer. As the case gets more complex, Lise discovers that Clovis has been lying to her about his frequent absences and decides to confront him. And their friend and neighbor Laure is getting harassed by a terrifying man.
- As he is looking for Anthony Pasquali's mobile phone, Vincent surprises Alice, who has no other choice but to tell him about the video showing Anthony with her sister. Claire meets Fabio, who she accuses of not respecting the agreement they made after Simon's death. She also blames him for having sent Anthony to her, who had been blackmailing her for several months. Just as the latter clearly becomes the prime suspect, his body is discovered: he had been hit and thrown into the water on the day of the wedding. At the same time, Claire learns that she is seriously ill: her frequent tremors are caused by Lou Gehrig's disease.

- The Red Band Club is finally reunited. Medhi's grandfather is hospitalized, forcing Medhi to run the garage for him, which puts his internship in jeopardy. Roxane reluctantly agrees to work at a bar with her mother. Jessica has a breakdown. She still has no donor and her brother has stopped communicating with her altogether. Meanwhile, Clement is acting as if there's no hope left for him, and even puts off his operation.
- Sylvie and Patrick don't know what else they can do to help Clement, who has taken a turn for the worse and feels more disheartened than ever. With the encouragement of Agathe, Mehdi decides he wants to become a physical therapist, but keeps making mistakes on the job. Nour has been having a hard time getting used to her new body since the operation. She finds the support of a woman who went through the same surgery. The big day has finally come for Louise, who's a little sad to leave the Red Bands - and worried about leaving Clement behind just one day before surgery that may be his last chance.
- Roxane hangs out with Thomas and realizes something is wrong. Mehdi helps Come find someone for Iris, the young woman in the coma. Nour, worried about her surgery, finds a friend in Clément, who puts his experience to good use to help her overcome her anxiety. Explosive confrontation between Clément and Thomas, who is forced to return to the hospital. Jessica learns that she'll soon be able to have a bone marrow transplant, which is great news. But it's dampened by her difficult relationship with her brother, who doesn't seem all that thrilled.
- Clément meets Nour, who has to make an important decision before her surgery. Mehdi finds out that Thomas doesn't live abroad like he thought he did. He hopes to convince him to come see Clément at the hospital. But Thomas, who can't seem to resume a normal life at high school, doesn't want to see anyone. Come comes in contact with a young woman in a coma. Louise returns to the hospital for a routine visit before leaving on a trip. Clément gets his lab results back: he's finally going to know if he can get out.
- Clément is the last Band member still at the hospital full-time. He's due to get out soon, but really resents Thomas for not at all keeping in touch since he left. Mehdi begins an internship at the hospital under Catalan's supervision. Roxane starts a new project for her future. Come has been struggling to recover his memory ever since he regained consciousness. The hospital welcomes Nour, a young female patient who moves into Jessica's room.

Shortly afterwards, as William is looking for his new wife, Alice spots her sister's body lying at the bottom of a cliff. As suicide is rapidly excluded a suspect begins to stand out, Anthony Pasquali, employed in the restaurant run by Claire, Alice and Sandra's mother. Vincent heads the investigation.
