Three episodes: An unlikely flasher is picked up, a bar-room brawl sends the two combatants off in the paddy wagon, and a desperate standoff with a commercial icon in a kitchen turns out as badly as the puns that conclude it.
- Well, that's what it is: a montage of people's legs. White, black, young, old, athletic, fat, male, female, still, jumping, doing ballet you name it. Mostly naked legs (though a few wear shoes), mostly one or two pairs at a time, from just above the knee. A couple shots include a baby.

Will it notice the surprise in time?

She sends a letter to her father the king, with the help of a musical bird. The king calls for a volunteer, and the smallest knight steps forth. All except for one bird, who refuses to go, singing the title song to explain why he likes it just fine in the shop. And sure enough, we see the dogs not faring particularly well, and getting rounded up by the dogcatcher and taken to the dog pound. Popeye gets there in time and ransoms them all, taking them back to their cages in the pet store, where the parrot sings a final "I told you so" verse.

A wolf (a human lothario) drives by in a flivver, and dashes off to grandma's house, where he finds a note saying she's gone to the movies. He shrinks his car and stashes it in his pocket, then waits for Red, who stopped to watch a dancing flower. Red arrives, and they go into the house, where he attempts to have his way with her. The dog rushes off and gets help from an airplane pilot, who uses a skyhook to remove the house and, ultimately, lift the wolf in his car and drop him in the lake.
