- A Chicago private detective returns back home to Louisville, Kentucky, to help her father fight mobsters.
- Proxate Corporation recruits a boozy former ship captain and offers him a new identity: Sean Murdoch. His job: to take charge of large ship on one voyage. Once aboard, Murdoch realizes that the ship is a prison ship, and the cargo are criminally insane inmates. Murdoch's other problem: someone has planted bombs aboard the vessel. Murdoch's acrimonious relationship with the prison warden lends extra drama to the story.

Footage of her interview is intercut with scenes from Peckinpah's movies and the landscape of the area of California where he grew up. - One summer afternoon in 1907, Abelard "Abel" Hassan de Chirico Flint (Tim Curry) and his wife (both mice) are picnicking, when they become separated during a violent rainstorm. After flying some distance, Abel discovers himself alone on a river island, unable to swim due to the powerful current. Abel periodically attempts to leave the island by various means: flying on a leaf, rowing a crudely fashioned boat, et cetera. Meanwhile, he tries to create a normal life of sorts, even learning to enjoy a new hobby: sculpture. Still, Abel's goal is to escape the island and rejoin his wife in the city.

- Master Shake receives a phone call from aliens, who he believes to be Hollywood casting directors offering him a part in a movie. They lure him to their spaceship, where he is whisked into space. The aliens send a replicant to live with Meatwad and Frylock. The replicant only vaguely resembles Shake, so Frylock sees through the ruse. Undaunted, the aliens give their replicant orders via a videophone. The replicant seems woefully inadequate to the aliens' task of world domination.
- A shipment of American weapons is stolen in the Philippines. An American named Hawkins tries to find the weapons. Hawkins ends up dead. Chicago policeman Bob Malone is called in to investigate. Along with Interpol agent Greg Duncan, Malone travels the streets of Manila, tracking down leads. Criminals always seem to know where Duncan and Malone will be, which leads them to suspect a traitor in their midst.
- Private detective investigated a series of murders connected with a drug ring in Venice, California.
- Frylock tells Shake there is buried treasure right underneath the spots in the front yard where he wanted Shake to plant the azaleas. After Frylock tells Shake to dig just 4-6 inches deep, Shake digs to a depth of 6 feet. Shake falls in the hole, and he finds a cave which contains the Broodwich, a delicious but dangerous sandwich. Every time Shake takes a bite, he is transported to a hell-like dimension where he is menaced by a figure wielding an axe. Shake is not condemned to this dimension forever, because he refuses to eat the tomatoes on the sandwich.
- Policemen Brian and Mike use an elderly woman's apartment for surveillance, hoping to catch a fugitive gangster. They develop a warm relationship with their hostess. Meanwhile, each man develops a romantic relationship.
- Dr. Weird creates a mutant creature named MothMonsterMan. The creature escapes and flies to the Aqua Teens' house, attracted by the light. The Aqua Teens have been using Carl's power, and he takes the power cord. Craving light, the moth creature phones the Aqua Teens from a school bus parked outside, but Shake believes the caller to be Dracula. Frylock, Shake, and Meatwad travel to Memphis, because Frylock wants to prove to Shake that Dracula is dead (his grave is in Memphis). When the Aqua Teens return home, they still have to deal with the moth creature.
- A hoodlum named Harry the Horse tries to convince Butch the safecracker to take a job. Butch, long retired from crime, agrees to take the job, but his wife has entrusted him with their infant son. Butch accepts the safecracking job, and minds the baby all the while.

The boy learns the truth about his dad, and news reaches the Ponderosa that the convict has escaped from prison. The Cartwrights deal with the possibility that the boy's father may be coming their way.

- Carl has installed a laser security field around his house. The field can be seen from space, and soon aliens are visiting the Aqua Teens on the lawn. These aliens speak English. Shake bonds with the aliens, while Frylock is merely annoyed with them. Eventually, one alien departs in their spacecraft, which leaves the other alien stranded at the Aqua Teens' house.

- Election day is nearing, and Gomez is getting very excited. He puts up all his old campaign posters; notably, all of Gomez's favorite candidates were losers. Sam Hilliard is running for city council, and Gomez throws his support behind the man. Hilliard is eager to get his hands on Gomez's campaign contributions. However, Gomez declares that he'd like to see the money spent in certain ways. After hearing some of the Addams' suggestions, Hilliard wishes they would stay away from his campaign altogether.
- Legendary zombie Solomon Grundy rises from a swamp on Halloween to wreak havoc on Gotham City.
- A voluptuous Asian lady sells Murphy a cute squishy creature named a gloop. This gloop, named Squishface, quickly becomes Murphy's constant companion. The lady warned Murphy not to give it liquor, but Murphy gives it liquor. As a result, Squishface begins to multiply quickly. Because of their cuteness and adaptability, the gloops become favorite pets of most of the crew. There are problems with so many gloops on Sealab: they create an odor, they pollute the air with methane sulfate, and they are destroying the kelp harvest. Clearly, the gloops are a danger to the crew, but Murphy sides with the crewmates who wish to keep them as pets. Once the gloop problem escalates, the crew retaliates with napalm and flamethrowers.
- Captain Murphy's "Happy Cake" cupcake oven is missing. Furious, he sends several sealab workers into the surrounding waters to find it. In confidence, Sparks reveals to Marco that he discarded the oven into the water as part of an larger plan to drive Captain Murphy crazy. Sparks also reveals to Marco that he is bent on world domination. Sparks shows Marco that he has a secret mountain stronghold, staffed by dozens of servile followers. There is a giant squid in the area. Marco shows Captain Murphy a radar image of the squid, but Murphy insists that the crewmembers risk their lives to bring back his beloved oven.
