- Sally tries out for a nude photo shoot for an adult magazine at Pendelton State University over the objections of boyfriend Don. Harry tries out home nudism and believes clothing might be a scam. An enraged Dick tracks down a photographer who took nude pictures of Dr. Mary Albright twenty years ago but then has a change of heart. Tommy becomes enamored with a new lab partner.

In the next world, Quinn sets her up with his double in Seattle after an abusive relationship. In the third world, they slide into a jail cell where they await trial for the murder of Daelin, an undercover policewoman. In this realm, clocks and blocks of time move backwards for them alone. Quinn learns that his attempts to save worlds are causing more harm than good.
- In a world where intelligence takes precedence over athletics, Quinn replaces his double who is in hiding and competes as the captain of team in a sport named "Mindgame" which implements rugby-style activity with answering high caliber questions. Quinn discovers that his double was targeted by thugs who want him to throw the game to satisfy his gambling debts.
- In a world where San Francisco serves as a prison, two new sliders join the regulars. One is a woman, Michelle, whom Quinn saved from a beating. The other is her savage boyfriend, Sid, who followed them. The Sliders are fitted with buddy bracelets which are used in a buddy system of justice. If one "buddy" commits a crime then the other is punished. Of course Quinn is responsible for Sid's predictable actions. The timer becomes a hot commodity for both prisoners and guards who want to escape an earthquake doomed city.
- In a world where technology has been banned after the event at Hiroshima, the Sliders must find a way to fix the timer that was damaged by lightning. Quinn doesn't fully materialize and must accompany his friends in a ghost-like state in the astral plane as they run into the Bureau of Anti Technology whose real motive is to build up their technological cache.
- In a world where Bugsy Siegel succeeded in establishing a gambling empire in Northern California controlled by organized crime, Rembrandt and the others inadvertently disrupt the marriage of two families. Mistaken for the FBI Deputy Director and the Incorruptibles, Rembrandt leads a severely underfunded crime unit in a sting in order to save himself and his friends.
- In a world where San Francisco is a national park for the endangered dinosaurs, Professor Arturo stumbles and loses the timer. The Sliders are at the mercy of a poacher's whim if they want to survive but find assistance in a holographic park ranger.
- In a dark world of mysticism and witchcraft imagery, Quinn finds he has a bounty on his head or to be specific, his brain which a witchdoctor selects as payment after running out on a medical bill. The Sliders seek the "Sorcerer" who promises to return them home if they help him.
- After accidentally shooting down a spacecraft, the Sliders are pursued between worlds by the eye-eating Kromaggs, in their first appearance, as this new enemy hunts and then interrogates them for their home coordinates while in prison on Earth 113.
- In a seemingly Utopian world where population control is a priority, citizens play the lottery at local ATM machines. The more they withdraw from the public account, the more chances they have to win the jackpot. Wade winds up a winner and now has to keep her end of the deal which makes the next slide all the more urgent. Rembrandt is arrested for trying to help a lottery winner reverse her fortunes.
- After eighteen months, the sliders finally return home. However, all is not as it seems, particularly with Professor Arturo.
- The Sliders land in a world where the American colonists lost the Revolutionary War and where the British States of America now stands. The Sheriff of San Francisco plots to assume power through the murder of the heir, Prince Harold III. Professor Arturo assumes the sheriff's identity to save Quinn from execution, thwart the dastardly deed and bring new ideas on democracy to the people.
- In a world where San Francisco is part of the Republic of Texas and a combination of Western culture and technology exists along with saloons and office buildings, the Sliders find themselves in the middle of a hostile takeover attempt by corporate gunslingers who give the term "negotiate" a new meaning. Rembrandt finds himself at the exchange table where poker is played for corporate stock.
- In a world where women dominate authority and traditional gender roles are reversed, Professor Arturo becomes the first male candidate for mayor. Although initially welcoming of the advances of a powerful woman, Rembrandt laments the manner in which he is tricked and used.
- In a world with Howard Stern as President, adults over the age of thirty are treated as second-class citizens who must then retire. Quinn fills in for his recently-murdered double in an attempt to promote the EduLearn computer technology designed to replace human educators. However, he has second thoughts when he learns of this culture's desperate race to succeed before the mandatory retirement age. Arturo and Rembrandt handle curfew violations in a court of what is surely not their peers.
- Rickman becomes leader of a clan of half breeds of humans and animals who help take the Sliders prisoner on the island. The creatures' creator, Dr. Vargas, inadvertently distracts the guards while Rembrandt frees his friends. The Sliders split up when they travel through two different vortexes.
- The Sliders land in a world where J. Edgar Hoover has abridged the Constitution and put martial law into effect for the past 30 years. Chased by government officials, they must make a choice of whether to protect the last surviving copy of the Constitution which could sprout the idea of democracy or gain the release of a former judge who has potential to be a new founding father.

Wonder Woman teaches how to make a spinning pencil top. Batman & Robin teach the dangers of drinking and driving.

Aquaman and Green Lantern fly to South Africa to try to save diamond miners trapped in a cave in. Superman teaches bicycle safety and the importance of a healthy breakfast. Wonder Woman teaches how to stand a glass of water on a playing card in the "Magic" segment.

Aquaman teaches how to make a sun rattler. Superman teaches that smoking does not make kids look grown-up.
