- A happily-married husband's wife give in to his every whim; indeed she humors him and watches over him with great affection. One day, a romance from the past returns to haunt him. He will live over the memories again, so fibbing to his wife about an intended trip, he takes a sentimental journey with an erstwhile sweetheart, only to be convinced at the end that memories should remain memories.
- Newlywed hubby insists upon hotel life, so to a hotel they go, and after his wife becomes the belle of the establishment, they migrate to a California bungalow. Then, when wifey is planning a surprise party for him, the husband comes home unexpectedly. The musician, caterer, and florist are made to hide behind curtains and beneath sofas. They are discovered, of course, and accused of being the wife's lovers. There are further complications when a messenger boy brings an amorous letter to the wife by mistake. The atmosphere clears eventually.
- Spirited story of West, which begins after the hero has spent four years overseas and has left the army so much of a fighting devil that he becomes embroiled in a mix-up. Learning that his antagonist has died from wounds is the reason for the hero going West, when he meets a tramp who is on his way to join a gang of outlaws and who invites the ex-soldier to join. There is a girl who lives near the gang headquarters, and meeting her changes the hero's perspective.
- Harry has had a tiff with his wife, and in despair because she has had the last word, he decides to end it all. He employs flivvers, cars, trains, roughnecks, and divers and sundry other methods, all to no avail. He seems to have a charmed life because something always happens to prevent the suicide. Finally Harry gives up in disgust. And to show the way of fickle nature, it is when he resolves to let well enough alone that a car comes along and hits him.
- A boy follows in pursuit of a girl whose pony has run away. It happens that a news cameraman has snapped the rescue. The boy is rewarded by the girl's parents and taken to the picture house to see the offering. He feels himself pretty much a hero until a subtitle informs that the real rescue will now be presented. A monkey and dog have entered the theatre for the purpose of showing up the boy. The animals performed the real rescue, although the boy assumed the credit.
- In his desire to gain the whole world and be a power god, an arrogant rich man almost loses all when his own flesh and blood double-crosses him. But a grandson who refuses to permit greed of gold to destroy his ideals, and a sweet blind girl--one of God's innocent children--show the old man and his unscrupulous kin that the greatest possession is love.
