- In 1958, Charles Starkweather went on a murder rampage that left 11 people dead. He took with him his 14-year-old ex-girlfriend Caril Fugate. When he was captured, the big question became whether he had kidnapped Caril, or she was his accomplice. The jury believed she had helped Charles Starkweather, and sentenced her to life in prison. This documentary was made after she had been in prison for more than a decade. The action starts at the electric chair, the very one that Charles Starkweather sat in.

- This documentary looks at the opening days of World War II in the Philippines, where American and Filipino soldiers, using World War I weapons and ammunition, held out in vicious fighting against the Japanese for 81 days. On April 8, 1942, report not focuses on the battle, but on the durability of the human spirit in the face of man's inhumanity to man; of the Bataan death march, Japanese prison camps and the hell ships that took some to Japan into slavery. Only 43% of the American POWs survived. Some of those survivors, meeting in reunion in the Philippines, told their stories on camera and voice over photos, film and sketches of those days of starvation, sickness, death, and incredible brutality.

- NBC joins partner Sports Illustrated to launch a nation-wide search for the next great swimsuit supermodel with its new unscripted series timed for the launch of the magazine's famed annual Swimsuit Issue. During Sports Illustrated's search for an undiscovered model for the popular Swimsuit Issue, the six-episode series will focus on what it takes to become a successful swimsuit model. Twelve selected finalists will live in Los Angeles where they will compete for the chance to appear in the best selling issue of any magazine in the world and win a million-dollar modeling contract from NEXT Model Management. The series and competition culminate with the final two contestants who will be flown to an exotic location to shoot a photo spread for Sports Illustrated. No one will know who the winner will be until America votes as part of the series finale in February. Charged with the task of whittling down the field of hopeful models is a three-judge panel including former Sports Illustrated model Roshumba Williams, NEXT Model Management President Joel Wilkenfeld and Sports Illustrated swimsuit editor Jule Campbell. "The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Model Search" is produced by Pariah, PB & J Television and Sports Illustrated. Gavin Polone, Patty Ivins, Julie Pizzi, Terry McDonell and Roy S. Johnson executive produce the series.

Geller and Angel will assess the contestants but ultimately the winner's fate will be determined by the viewers at home. In addition to voting, each episode will also contain an interactive component to engage the at home audience.

As an imprisoned policeman, Crews had a very difficult time and was regularly and severely beaten by fellow prisoners. Now out of prison and the beneficiary of a large financial settlement, Crews has a different, some would say odd, outlook on life. His new partner, Det. Dani Reese, doesn't quite get him and feels she has been saddled with a loser. In their first case together, they investigate the murder of a young boy who was shot to death. He was a member of a Boy Scout troop whose members all have fathers in prison so they have an obvious starting point for their investigation. Crews is also investigating the crime for which he was wrongly convicted and is searching for those who framed him.

Each contestant will need to decide whether it is worth it to participate when they are put in a room full of unhealthy food. They have four minutes to consume or not consume the most calories and the winner will receive a three-pound pass that will be used to their advantage at this week's weigh-in. In the physical challenge, contestants will participate in three different 100-meter heats against the yellow team formed by three kids. Host Alison Sweeney informs them that the winning team will receive a phone call home, making the stakes this week even higher. After the weigh-in one of the teams will have to send someone home.

Lyla seems to be enjoying her current relationship with her Christian boyfriend as she goes with him to meet his family.

Hafner employs the help of news reporter Danni Nelson to aid him in exposing Terrell's quest. Complications arise when seemingly trustworthy authority figures aren't who they initially appeared to be.

As weather conditions continue to worsen, Hafner turns to Detective Devon Williams to help him maneuver his way through Terrell's deadly game. Tabatha Coffey provides them with new hair styles, and Tim Gunn provides a general wardrobe and style makeover. Back with the contest, the contestants compete in a reward challenge in the spirit of making over. One contestant has an anxiety attack over the challenge. And because of the makeover, the contestants have missed a week's worth of workouts. So their last chance workout is an all day affair. Before that workout, Bob takes Allen aside to discuss some matters. And Jillian speaks to Rudy about a disclosure he made during his motivational speech.
- With Rebecca voted off campus after the last weigh-in, there are five contestants left in the running for the Biggest Loser. Amanda in particular is feeling vulnerable as she realizes that if she falls below the yellow line, she will be voted off. Regardless, this week will be the last week on campus for all five. They are visited by financial expert Suze Orman who relays stories of the financial individual cost of obesity. With this information, the contestants are given a quiz while running on a treadmill, with wrong answers making their treadmill experience more difficult, and correct answers increasing their financial well being. As a reward challenge, the contestants are visited by NFL Hall of Famer Rod Woodson. The contestants' football related challenge not only involves shedding the amount of weight they've lost thus far all over again, but has an added incentive of the winner being able to choose how to do some good for the youth of America. At the weigh-in, the contestants learn the winner of this week gets an extra reward - courtesy of celebrity chef Curtis Stone - which will assist them during their time at home.
- Allen, the latest contestant voted off campus, is not the only contestant going home. The final four contestants are also going home to resume their weight loss while getting on with their regular day-to-day lives, including all the outside pressures involved. For some, they are returning to some problems that they left, while others are returning to what they see as a renewal of life. But some family members admit to the return being a difficult transition. Danny receives his reward for winning the latest weigh-in: chef Curtis Stone teaching him and his family how to cook healthily. Each of the four contestants also receives a package from the trainers, including information on what their next challenge will be: to train for and run a full marathon. By the time their training is over, and they're at the start line, they are all feeling that they can accomplish this task. Alison tells them of a reward for the winner of the race. Along the course, the contestants are provided encouragement from some special guests. At the weigh-in, the eliminated player from the two that fall below the yellow line will not be voted off the show by their remaining fellow contestants, but rather by the American viewers.
- All of the contestants from this season return for a special reunion and a chance to weigh in one last time - and show America how much weight they've all lost since beginning their weight-loss journeys. There are four contestants left, but America has voted on the two that fell below the yellow line in last week's episode to choose who will be the third finalist in the game. After America's vote is revealed and the third finalist is announced, the eliminated player will then weigh in with the other 12 eliminated contestants to compete for the $100,000 "at home" prize. Then it's the moment viewers have been waiting for, when one of the three finalists will be named this season's "Biggest Loser."
- Following the last weigh-in when Coach Mo was voted off, the black team is surprised that Tracey was not the one voted off. She can see their reaction, by which she feels hurt. The first challenge of the week is digging for keys in the sand to unlock a treasure chest. All Alison tells them about the reward is that it will definitely determine who will stay on campus and who will go home. After the challenge, the teams find out that the reward is a double edged sword with a down side. Ultimately, the winning team has the ability to give the reward away to the losing team if they so choose. The team that ultimately gets the reward do appreciate the positives about it, but also find that the down side will be difficult to overcome, which may affect their next weigh-in.
- After the latest weigh-in when Dina was voted off the campus, the two teams are matched five black team members against five blue team members. As such, the next weigh-in will be an individual one-on-one battle, the team winning at least three of the five match-ups will win the week. The reward challenge - one of speed and agility - will allow the winning team to determine who will be matched up against whom at the weigh-in. The following challenge will provide both a reward - a Curtis Stone cooked lunch - and a 2-pound advantage at the weigh-in to use as they see fit. The challenge itself is inspired by campus guest Derek Jeter. During the workouts, Abby, Amanda and Shay speak openly and emotionally about their challenges and fears with Jillian. At the weigh-in, beyond the actual one against one match-ups, one contestant hits a milestone.
- After Abby is voted off campus following the latest weigh-in, the remaining nine contestants are no longer in teams, but are back to being individuals. They are also off to Washington, D.C. to make a difference in the public health of America. They are recruiting people to participate in a mass workout held by Bob and Jillian in front of the Washington Monument. The contestant who recruits the most people gets an advantage at the week's main challenge. That challenge is a four stage race, the bottom contestants who will be dropped from the race after each stage. The winner of the challenge will receive immunity at this week's weigh-in. Also during their stay in the national capital, the contestants meet with federal politicians to discuss the epidemic of obesity in the United States, and meet with White House chefs. Instead of heading back to campus, they hold this week's weigh-in in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
- Tensions rise when contestants learn from host Alison Sweeney that two players will be eliminated this week - so only six of the eight remaining players will still be in the game after the weigh-in. With the stakes so high, players are more determined than ever to stay above the yellow line. First, there's a tennis ball pop challenge that rewards the winner with an advantage at weigh-in. Then the contestants have to jump through hoops - literally - when they head to the circus for a lively challenge with the coveted prize of immunity for whoever wins. Later, contestants are led by trainer Bob Harper through a wild, trapeze-swinging last chance workout, only to return to the ranch and find trainer Jillian Michaels ready to put them through a second, grueling last chance workout. Then a dramatic weigh-in leads to heartbreaking eliminations as the contestants say goodbye to two more players.
