- Is death really the end? Have you ever asked this question? If so, you may find the idea of a materialistic world not too appealing: a world in which all that we are is produced by our physical brains and bodies, hence vanishes completely after death. That's where I was for a good part of my life - until the pain got so bad that I set out on an exploratory journey. This series is about this journey and my findings. I'm aware that it is just my truth, but I've been encouraged and inspired on the way by people who were sceptics too and subsequently got convinced that there is more to reality than science currently can prove. They shared their journey, so I could benefit, hence I share mine in the hopes that someone will benefit from it too.
- Failed writer Frank Slater (Douglas McFerran) has ended up as a middle-aged teacher of literature classes for adults at a community college and struggles to find a girlfriend. His best friend, dentist Colin (Ivan Kaye), is a hobby inventor with great aspirations but gets little appreciation for his creative work from his environment, especially little from his martial-arts-obsessed wife Sylvia (Anna Wilson-Jones). When Frank meets Mary (Sophiya Haque), a new dentist in town, at Colin's house, he invites her for dinner. While Colin's marital war reaches a dramatic peak when Sylvia takes drastic measures to clean out the shed where Colin stores his plans, Frank and his date get stuck in his car in front of the restaurant due to jammed doors. Luckily for him, that also keeps his love-crazed student Amy (Lucy Gaskell) outside who has come after him in a rage over being rejected.

- In this interview, Lidia shares her fascinating journey of healing from severe chronic illness and her career change to becoming a healer, coach, and horse rescuer, none of which had been planned. Lidia has practiced non-attachment from the tender age of 10 in the context of having to deal with severe chronic illness at an early age. In her late 20s, she went into a "cocoon of healing" in her late 20s for two years and managed to heal herself through Reiki, macrobiotic food, and other modalities. During that time, she had dreams that felt more real than the reality of her waking state and that provided her with spiritual and practical guidance. It was in these dreams that she was told that she was "a sister of horses". In this interview, she shares the story of her transformation, the power of non-attachment when the circumstances are not great, and her 7-step framework to become more centred, connected, and conscious. We also had a chat about her love for Tolkien's 'Lord of the Rings' and its meaning for her as a source of inspiration. Learn more about Lidia's mind-blowing story in her chapter 'The Divinity of Horses' in 'Evolving on Purpose: Co-creating with the Divine'.
