During the first challenge, the Red and Blue teams prepare a southern-inspired menu for the Phi Mu social committee. The team with the most impressive dishes earns an elaborate trip to Las Vegas, while the losing team stays behind to transform the restaurant for the party. Later, Chef Ramsay puts the pressure on the chefs to execute a flawless dinner service, but each of the teams struggle to communicate with each other, and the losing team must nominate two of its weakest links to be up for elimination.
- After a dramatic elimination, Chef Ramsay starts the day with a surprise field trip to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, welcoming them into a kitchen that one day could be theirs. Later, the Red and Blue teams must prepare the restaurant's inspired meals. The winner will receive a VIP restaurant tour around Los Angeles, while the other chefs will do all heavy lifting during move-out day. After dinner service, Chef Ramsay makes one of the most difficult decisions yet, when he sends two of the four chefs home.

- After a quick trip to Las Vegas to visit Season 10 winner Christina Wilson for some culinary motivation, the final two chefs return to Los Angeles where Chef Ramsay has set the stage for the final challenge. The top two will prepare five unique dishes to be judged by five of the most world renowned chefs. Then, in the most important dinner service of their lives, the top two will face off in epic battle for the final dinner service. Only one chef will be crowned the 14th winner of HELL'S KITCHEN and win a life-changing grand prize: a Head Chef Position at Caesars Atlantic City valued at $250,000.
- To improve their communication skills, Chef Ramsay gives them a challenge in which each chef receives a jacket with a recipe on the back. The teammates must relay the recipes to one another. The winners head to Santa Barbara for foot messages and mojitos while the losers eat fish head soup and prep bass for the dinner service.
