- A film crew follows Ken for a documentary about a typical day at Welltopia, but the everyday nuts and bolts of the job make him think being a doctor isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Their fight is interrupted by Molly, who tells her parents that she's just been fired from her new job.

Meanwhile, Allison hovers a bit too close to Molly's love life; and Dave gets drawn into a card game with some college students. Back at Welltopia, Julie is in charge on the clinic's busiest day of the year, but needs help from Damona and Clark to make sure things run efficiently.
