- Staci is caught being a horrible person by Juju Chang's hidden camera show. Desperate to prove she's a good person, Staci gets herself in too deep when Brooke Shields pressures her and Kelly Rutherford into a dangerous drinking game.
- Staci has to convince a reluctant Michael J. Fox to be shot out of a cannon on the show. Jim Gaffigan does everything in his power to hawk his new energy drink, EnerrJesus, on Nightcap.
- Staci interviews for an Executive Producer position at Wendy Williams and seriously considers leaving Nightcap. Mariska Hargitay has agreed to be eaten by an anaconda on air, and Todd gets to direct his first shoot starring Rosie Perez-until Joel Schumacher intervenes.

Meanwhile, Tim Gunn pops by the studio claiming Jimmy asked him to come in for an impromptu appearance on the show, forcing the staff to juggle Jimmy's wishes with the scheduled guest, a sloth.
- Transgender personality, GiGi Gorgeous, is a guest and Staci has to convince her to go on a date with Jimmy. Ana is pitching her makeup line and wants Stephanie March to be her new spokesmodel, with unpleasant consequences.
- Debra Messing fills in at the last minute and gets too close for Staci's comfort, arranging a "girls spa day" for the two in her dressing room. Davis has his hands full with Brendan Fraser, who wants to try his hand at musical comedy and debut a very offensive song on Nightcap.
- Celebrity publicist, Malik, needs to find a surrogate for her clients Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, and Staci puts Penny up for the job. Sarah Jessica Parker forms an unlikely bond with a member of the Nightcap staff.
- The Nightcap staff is adjusting to their new studio next to Dr. Oz, as well as an unexpected new co-worker, Davis Maxfield, sent by the network to do the exact same job as Staci. Davis ruffles feathers when he tells Staci to bump Julianna Margulies in favor of a YouTube unboxing star.
- The staff is in shambles over Nightcap's demise while Staci looks for her next gig, pitching a movie with "real star-power" to guest J.J. Abrams. Penny begs Staci to try to save the show using her sole super power - booking celebrities. Stacy proves this to be true, offering up Rachael Ray as an appealing new love interest for fame-hungry Christie and even more so when Mark Hamill shows up to discuss J.J. & "his partner Staci's" new film.
- Actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson arrives with his guru and inducts the staff into what seems like a cult; TV show host Michael Strahan disappoints Davis when he avoids talking about football. Staci and Penny fight over TV personality Ross Matthews.
- Julianne Moore is shadowing Staci to prepare for a role in an indie film. Acting anything but natural, Staci goes on an awkward lunch date with Donny Deutsch. Todd consults Barbara Corcoran and Dr. Oz about donating his body fat to Jimmy for a cosmetic procedure.
