- Ten celebrities, including Ollie Locke, Dom Joly and Karen Danczuk, arrive on the deserted island. But after three days without food, Dr Dawn Harper's worried about everyone's wellbeing.
- It's been less than a week since Bear abandoned 10 celebrities on a remote island in the Pacific and the brutal conditions have already forced one of them to quit. Now, the nine remaining celebs are starting to crack under the pressure as they battle huge tropical storms. A war of words erupts between journalist Paris Lees and Towie star Pete Wicks as they struggle to keep the fire alight. Tensions continue to get out of control as the group try to resolve the lack of food. Olympic rower James Cracknell is unable to contain his irritation that not everyone is pulling their weight in camp. An old brain injury which can affect his ability to communicate sympathetically makes matters worse as he attempts to keep his escalating conflict with Paris from boiling over. As her physical condition continues on a downward spiral, Paris is eventually given an ultimatum by the whole group: either do more work or face serious consequences.
- After a tough swim to shore, Towie star Pete Wicks takes control and leads the group through the jungle looking for a place to camp for the night. But his decision to leave most of the fresh water behind at their drop off point is questioned by Love Island star Montana Brown. As the extreme weather worsens and thirst kicks in, Pete sends Olympic rower James Cracknell and boxer Anthony Ogogo to retrieve the jerry cans, while transgender campaigner and journalist Paris Lees joins him on an urgent hunt for a fresh water source.
- The celebrities finally find water and make a fire. But they still haven't eaten a meal in four days and when leader Dom Joly is caught taking a nap Mark instigates a coup.
- The celebrities still haven't had a proper meal so Mark forms a plan to go on a turkey hunt. Following a sand fly attack, a rift emerges as desperation grows.
- After days of infighting, the celebrities make peace and take the day off. But when the hunger bites back, Karen recruits a hunting party to catch a crocodile for dinner.
- Bear teaches the celebrities all the survival skills that the need to master the island.
- Bear maroons the 10 celebrities on a remote island. The group's Alpha males take charge but make things worse than better.
- So called vegetarian Shazia eats turkey and crocodile, whilst Mark winds the group up by being incredible lazy. Iwan continues to have an adverse effect on the group.
- After 5 days the group still haven't made a fire, eaten or drunk properly. Despite having bullied everyone into the wrong direction, Iwan Thomas takes the groups limited resources and foolishly decides to prioritize building a shelter.
- After a few celebs quit, Bear gives the celebs a massive fishing net to stop them from starving to death. Iwan continues to lead the group astray.
- Simpleton Iwan wanders into the forest and gets lost, leaving everyone else worried. Selfish Melody starts to sulk demands the show either give her loads of luxuries or she'll quit.
- All the celebs, minus RJ, share their experiences on the island.
- With Paris Lees having quit the camp is in a much better mood, though there's still the issue of childish Eric and Pete constantly moaning about meat.
- Despite only having giving up meat for 5 months, selfish and aggressive Pete demands the starving camp don't eat a pig. Saleyha claims Muslims can't eat pork, despite knowing full well they can in starvation scenarios.
- After being a selfish control freak for the month, forcing the starving islanders not to eat meat, karma literally bites Pete back, in the form of a shark.
- Pete the Berk's reign of terror ends, and the celebs finally get to leave the island.
