- While continuing to use the hot air balloon to search for the oil, it's decided that Ishigami Village needs to take up agriculture to prevent future food shortages, as well as to produce preserved food for their upcoming sea voyage.
- Thanks to Chrome's discovery, the Kingdom of Science has acquired a mine and founded its distribution network of iron and oil needed for minecarts, paved asphalt roads, all the necessary routes required for the ship roadmap.
- Even more members of the Kingdom of Science are being revived as Amaryllis returns to the hideout to inform everyone about what happened to Ginro and Kohaku. A third party makes their move soon after.
- Senku continues in trying to advance the Stone World, this time he makes "space food", it is in actuality cup noodles. After Senku finishes his project, Gen has an epiphany and devises a plan to take down Tsukasa's army without violence.
- Amaryllis recounts a story from the past about how the petrification beam works, giving useful information. The group decides to head back to their ship to retrieve the lab and discover one of their crewmates has not been petrified.
- "Whyman" suddenly sent an eerie message to Senku and the others. Senku, Ryusui, Chrome, Gen, and Ukyo, the five generals of the Kingdom of Science, began a strategic meeting to find out their true identity.
- The last preparations and equipment are being made for the three-way final battle, including "the invention of the gods and demons".
- Ginro and Suika manage to escape the ship with the lab car needed by Senku for the plan. The group escapes from the islanders, making them think the lab car's a beast. Senku uses the lab to give Kohaku a makeover as well as one of the men.
- Senku builds Kohaku an earpiece to relay information, additionally giving her orders. Ginro and Kohaku devise a way to write a letter to Senku, but rather than use Kanji, they elect to use pictographs to communicate as they can't write.
- The science ship Perseus is completed, and begins its voyage to the uncharted routes with a selected Ishigami crew on board. Their destination and goal, the island where the ISS astronauts crash landed and where a "treasure chest" sleeps.
