A 1943 document signed by Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin and assuring Austria of independence is presented.

Harvey) , and the American's pretty French secretary Cleo (Jean Willes). With some difficulty, the Americns escape from the base, with information vital to the success of the French cause. In a finale of mostly newsreel clips, Mulvaney and Marshall return with French paratroopers to destroy the Communist base and revenge the murder of Jake.
