- Hannah Holt and Josh Wyatt have both just been stood up at the altar and meet each other at the park. They will keep crossing paths as they land on the same resort for their honeymoon.

- Gilligan's attempt to turn sap into maple syrup yields a substance that is stronger than glue. The castaways patch up the Minnow and prepare to go back out to sea.
- The castaways fight over their living arrangements as a violent storm approaches the island.

- Gilligan is forced to become the Howell's house-boy when the Skipper loses a bet to Mr. Howell in a turtle (actually a tortoise) race.
- The Skipper believes that Gilligan has found "The Eye of the Idol," which gives him three wishes before sundown. However, the Professor believes it is just a silly superstition and just an ordinary cat's eye.
