- Joan Pahisa is 27 years old and has a huge passion: basketball. It would be nothing extraordinary except for a detail: he's exactly one meter tall. Joan's life has not been easy, but sport has helped him go ahead. Last summer he took part in the World Dwarf Games in Michigan, USA, an Olympic-style competition that's held every four years exclusively for little people. Joan was the only representative from Spain because he couldn't find anyone else to go with him. That's why he specialized himself in table tennis, an individual sport. He traveled 7.000 km to feel like at home and also to fulfill his dreams: to be World Champion in table tennis and, above all, to play basketball one more time, most probably the last. His trip will show us how the world is seen from just one meter from the ground. It's not only about sport, it's about life itself.

They struggle with both their own personal issues and the mysterious faction that is trying to destroy them from the inside. Crimes are committed, hearts damaged, lives lost. - In early August, prior to the beginning of the college football season, Movietone News would put together a collection of footage used in their newsreels during the past season and have an instant review of the past, leading into the future. They'd do the same at the end of the season. In the days before television and the 24/7 advent of ESPN, unless a fan was at the game, football fans only got a glimpse of other football teams via the newsreels. Most of the All-American teams of the time were named by AP/UP/Hearst International newspaper sports-writers who never saw most of the players they voted on in a game, and relied upon the newspaper accounts of the game.
- "The ShoW" takes place at Michigan State University as they experience the college life in the dorms, at the bar, and all around campus. Founded in 1988 by Greg Harrison, "The ShoW" is a part of MSU Telecasters, a student-ran organization consisting of multiple other TV/web/video productions. It is also the longest running college television sitcom in the United States. The ShoW was established in 1988 by Scott Grayson and Greg Harrison with the pilot episode, "The ShoW Episode 1." The initial treatment description of this show upon creation was, "The story of The ShoW follows not necessarily the student lives, but the story of the students as they are connected to one another and the dorm room 3 East Wilson Hall. The beauty of The ShoW is that time moves forward, but the room transcends countless graduations and character changes to remain." In 2010, Nick Masters led the construction of Nicky O'Toole's bar as a replacement to "The Cafe" set that was traditionally used leading up to the new year. The bar now serves as the primary set piece for episodes of The ShoW, with the series following the current cast's adventures with everything from friendship to organized crime. The ShoW is America's longest-running college sitcom, running 32 years since its creation. It began as a talk/comedy show, evolving into a sitcom taped in front of a live studio audience before switching from multi-cam to single-cam productions in 2010. In 2016, The ShoW filmed their 100th episode, featuring the return of Jeff Witzke, Liz Riesterer, Patrick New, and Steve Van Wormer, alumni of The ShoW.
