- A former Special Forces operative thrust into the criminal underworld to keep his only son from being taken from him.
- Enter Hal's world of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs where 20 years of insane increases in property prices has realized a weirdly dichotomous socio-economic melting pot. Here, amidst the pristine beaches, parks and gullies of Bondi, Tama, Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee and Maroubra live the exceptionally rich yuppie newcomers, often nestled next door to the original "old school" low to middle class "tradie" community. The rivalry, tensions and humour that spring from the glaringly obvious differences between the haves and have nots only serves to increase the pressure of the life choices these young men and women have to make - choose the path in life that guarantees them a "place at the table", or follow your heart and chase your dreams. The audience will be bustled along a wild ride with our sleepy anti-hero Hal's final days of year 12, where the normally studious and responsible elder sibling of a one parent family has been granted the chance to finally let his hair down. Suddenly (and unexpectedly) Hal is also faced with the opportunity to chase his dreams by auditioning at the age of only 17 for the prestigious National Academy of Performing Arts. Overwhelmed, Hal initially chooses (out of fear of failure) to ignore the moment afforded to him and opt for the patently ridiculous option of partying all night. Along with his hilarious slacker besties and larrikin footy mates (and the surprise appearances of his two younger brothers exploring their own particular stages of adolescence), a night of teenage chaos ensues. By nights end, Hal has learned not only who he is, what he might achieve (with a little help from his friends) but learns to own what he truly wants - and the courage required to chase his dream. He might even get the girl.

At the beach cafe for lunch with his old friend Angus, Michael again avoids discussing Chris back in America. Angus catches Michael watching C.K. on the beach and teases him but Michael denies any interest in the surfer. Left on his own, Michael watches C.K. catch a series of waves. After a big wave and a wipe out, C.K. disappears in the surf. Michael looses site of C.K. until he sees him on the beach taking off his wetsuit before he heads back home. Michael remains on the beach then makes his way home. Once inside his house, Michael sees C.K. walking towards him on his way to the living room where he makes himself at home. Michael does not know why the surfer is in his house but before the night is over he will discover more about himself than he may have been ready for.
- TV MovieSignificant Strangers explores the lives of quadruplet brothers separated at birth, who reunite for the first time in 25 years. Inspired by true events, the series introduces the four brothers through a documentary team who locate the quadruplets living in both Australia and America, to document their divergent lives since separation and orchestrate a reunion on their shared birthdays. The four brothers, Jamie, Tommy, Matt and Jeremy, all played by Kipan Rothbury, are each asked to share their views on love, life and everything they know, as the date of their first meeting draws near. The documentary style series examines the concept of Nature vs Nurture, and questions whether we are defined in our lives primarily by our experiences or our genetics.
