- The crash of an alien space ship in Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947, to this day excites the imagination. Did an alien space ship visit earth? Or is the US Government telling the truth that a weather balloon coming back to earth was responsible for the debris field in Roswell? "The Alien's Wife" examines the premise that, indeed, it was an alien spacecraft that crashed in the Roswell desert, and, in fact, an alien survived and managed to escape the prying eyes of the crash site investigators.
- Irwin and Betty find themselves in Las Vegas down to their last dollar. They get jobs at the Desert Inn Casino, where Irwin becomes a celebrity as a stand up comic, putting a singer out of a job. Irwin and Betty tie the knot and are on the run again after FBI Agent Fitch shows up in town. On the trail of the spaceship, Irwin and Betty end up in Area 51 where Colonel Wallace, the head of Operation Paper Cut, holds them captive. In Area 51, Irwin and Betty meet Irwin's fellow aliens, Gary and Skyler, whom he was sent to rescue. They all escape in a stolen cargo plane and end up in Los Angeles.
- Alien Irwin and Betty, now married, have bid a hasty retreat from Las Vegas with the FBI in hot pursuit. They take refuge in the highly classified Area 51, where Irwin is hoping to meet with fellow aliens in order to seek a way for him and wife Betty to return to his home planet, Scorpiox.
- Irwin hosts his own Los Angeles-based TV show, while wife Betty's studies at Cal Tech lead to the invention of a "worm bubble" that possesses the ability to transport both to Irwin's home planet.
- How do you get your husband's attention when he's spending all his time with his Hollywood celebrity friends? You go to night school, become a theoretical physicist and develop a new system for interstellar travel to take your husband back to his home planet. Obvious.
- In episode six, lab assistant Myles Portnik, who has been secretly recruited by the US Government to continue work on the Worm Bubble, uses the enhance version to retrieve Irwin, Betty and Willy. What then ensues is a wild journey through time and space.
- With Zagon troops on the way, Irwin and Betty were ready to leave Scorpiox. They had the Worm Bubble controller set to return them to their point of origin - Earth. But they couldn't leave Willy and Myles behind. While looking for them, Betty and Irwin were chased into a deserted space ship they found by Zagon soldiers. The soldiers all looked like Betty. Meanwhile, Agent Fitch is still on Irwin's trail.
