- Mandy bumps into a woman running. She's in more pain than she's letting on, but is happy when Mandy recognizes her - she's won silver medals and is in the paper. Her husband is very protective of her though. Mrs Tembe helps out at the hospital. One of the patients is rather obnoxious, he's the same man who Heston bashed over the head with a cricket bat! Karen convinces Elaine to take her, Immie and Jack power walking.
- Daniel and Cherry try to come to terms with their having had sex. Mrs Tembe gets sent on a Culteral Diversity conference by Howard where she meets an old friend - the woman who's running the course! Elaine suggests to Karen that she needs to find a new interest to take her mind off Immie's imminent departure to University following her exam results.
- A patient of Kevin's is having problems at home - her lone son is stealing, and hanging around with very threatening types. She has also been diagnosed with cancer, but Kevin is shocked when she refuses treatment. Aliona quits as baby Joe's nanny, and accuses Zara of being a control freak. So Zara starts the search for a new one. Freya's interview appears in 'Leatherbridge Life' magazine, but it's not all she thought it would be. She then gets a visit from a 'Messenger from Jesus'!
- A young girl has been using skin lightening cream to whiten her skin. When she finds out that her darker skinned sister is meeting the same man she is, she gives her a new cream she bought off the Internet - knowing full well that it causes a very bad rash. Mrs Tembe has a shock when an author reading in support of the local library goes horribly wrong. A mix up of names results in a writer of erotic fiction turning up!
- Cherry hits the roof when she finds out that her married cousin Tom is sleeping with another woman. They met through a website, and despite being told to back off, Cherry hatches a plan to find the woman, and warn her off. This plan involves setting her up with Jimmi though! Mrs Tembe convinces Heston that she knows who burgled his house, so he sets out to confront the man. Immie gets her Hepatitis C results.
- Karen's day off gets chaotic when she receives some unexpected visitors. Cherry thinks her weird hallucinations were to do with local paranormal activities, so Mandy investigates to try and prove her wrong. Jas's latest phone sex session gets interrupted by Kevin.
- Mandy sees a patient who's Diabetes is out of control, but has she returned to work too soon? Heston is coaxed into visiting Curtis in prison again, though he is very reticent following the last visit. Cherry invites Karen around for lunch; she's bored and not very happy with married life.
- A married woman and her husband's latest fling set in motion 'Operation Payback'. The wife steals a prescription note from Daniel and lures her husband back to her house with the intention of drugging him. It all goes horribly wrong though, when he 'dies'. Julia receives a bunch of flowers off Martin, though she has no interest in him. It's massage day for Zara, though she finds it harder than she thought to leave baby Joe with Aliona all day.
- Jack deals with a man who says that his Indian landlord is putting up his rent and being unreasonable. Unfortunately the man brings with him a copy of 'Mein Kampf', and it all goes downhill from there! Now they are sleeping together, Immie brings Kingsley to stop over for a few days. Not if Rob's got anything to do with it though! Elaine contacts Alex Redmond who believes that Harrison killed his wife.
- Zara finds herself having a difficult conversation with Izzie. Emma confronts Cassidy, but has she bitten off more than she can chew? After persuading Bear to help organise a blood donor drive at the campus surgery, a fashion student is forced to confront some important issues of his own.

- Julia is having a bad day at work. She is looking forward to lunch with Martin, but her day is about to get worse still, when they are involved in an almighty car crash. Elaine and Mrs Tembe attend their first self defense class, while Daniel meets an aspiring actress who is hoarding food.
- It's Cherry's day off, only she's been having weird dreams about a barbed wire clad box! So she calls Mandy round, as she fears she's going mad. Emma gets a visit from someone she had a one night stand with. He's desperately trying to get back with her, which is the last thing she wants!
- Rob has a young, keen Community Support Officer tagging along with him. They go to help an old lady who has reported a burglary. Still feeling down following her exam failure, Freya is sent on house calls. She sees the young pregnant wife of an over keen fireman who's trying to live up to his hero father. Then Freya comes across a serious road accident. Jack has a problem with some 'clients'. Rob and his new partner decide to follow up the reports of a local brothel. He is suitably shocked when it's his own address!
- It is the televised recording of the final of 'Supachef' and it's Mrs Tembe and Elaine versus Rob and Jack. The plucking of a pheasant proves too much for Elaine though. Karen has to go to an emergency call out, and Daniel continues to try and contact Zara.
- Jimmi sees a teenage girl at the police station who has been accused of shoplifting. She's been sick as she is pregnant, though she wants rid of it. When her 'mother' turns up, Jimmi recognizes her as a former patient who is unable to have children, so what is her relationship with the girl? Emma takes over the case, but is shocked at what she finds out.
- Having spent her first night at Kingsley's squat, Immie bumps into Bex, one of his ex's, while making breakfast! Jimmi gets dragged by a 'ghost boy' to help an old lady, but real life soon comes crashing into their world. Elaine makes a big decision and goes to see Harrison in prison. Journalist Helen goes to see Alex and gets a shock.
- Kevin's dream date turns into a nightmare. After talking dirty on the phone, he soon realizes that he was talking to the wrong girl. He has inadvertently invited two girls - Jenny and Jennifer - he's confused and slightly worried, as one has a big boyfriend! Will he have the courage to do the right thing, or will his avoidance of the truth get him into even greater trouble?
- Beryl and Sandra are both getting sad. It's Beryl's last day in the flat before her big wedding day. Sandra gives her a wedding present early, it's sexy pink underwear. Then a strange woman phones twice looking for Robert, and she won't say what it's in reference to. They track her down though, and she turns out to be pregnant. On the big day, some street urchins let the tires of the wedding cars down, and everyone has to go to the wedding partly on the bus, and then hitching a lift in a lorry.
- Elaine tries to help her patient understand her fear of the color red before it ruins her marriage. It's all do to with her being scared of her father, when he contacts her again on her 30th birthday. Kevin is persuaded to go around and see Heston. Heston eventually opens up to him about his ordeal. It is moving in day for Mandy, and there's a lot of cleaning going on. Cherry though, seems to be more excited than Freya.
- It's Beryl's birthday, and Sandra is planning a surprise party for her. Among her presents she gets a hamster in the post from Robert. Only Beryl hates 'rodents', or at least she does until she finds out that the hamster is pregnant. She also has a massive goldfish bowl, a far too big knitted jumper, and a strange blue hat from Mrs Hutchinson. They then discover that Thingy has gone missing so the race is on to find it.
- Beryl is really happy, and has been singing the Wedding March ever since Robert proposed to her. The kitchen is a mess though, and Sandra would rather have her freedom. Robert is coming up from London, and has arranged to meet Beryl at the posh Apollo. Beryl asks Sandra for help in buying a ring, and a dress, she wants a 'solitaire with two stones'! While in the restaurant toilet getting changed into her posh dress though, a woman pinches all her things, clothes and all, leaving her in just her bra, panties and heels!
- Karen is finalizing her menu for 'Supachef'. She takes some of her sad looking cupcakes into work, unfortunately Mrs Tembe has also brought some in and her's go down far better! Karen is also desperate for her not to find out about the competition. Immie spends the day with a friend and is worried about her impending exam results. Her friend is getting pushed into making wooden cabinets for his dad, only he wants out.
- A friend of Julia's comes home on compassionate leave. She left her son to look after her dying husband, but now thinks her husband has also been having an affair. Julia urges her to make peace, but at what cost? Heston fights to stay strong against Marina, who keeps getting angry at his snoring and her lack of sleep, and Freya decides to take Mandy to watch her play all-girl indoor football, but freaks out when she encroaches on her turf. Kevin is worried that Julia and Heston still think he's a liability.
- Aunt Patti is worried about all the lying on the drugs trial application, though health-wise she has never felt better. Jack is starting his Personal Consierge service, and gets a call from Aunt Patti to help her sort out her house clutter. Imagine Jack's surprise when he sees a photo of Freya on her mantelpiece! Kevin meets up with Michaela at the local art gallery, but is he out of his depth? An old man has trouble with a local 'yob' who is desperate to get back into prison.
- Al is called out to see young Martin Dobbs who, on the morning of his wedding, has locked himself in his parents' bathroom and refuses to come out. Al sorts out the lad's medical problem but, on learning that Martin feels pushed into marriage by his dominant mother, advises him to do the right thing - which, aided by some Divine intervention, he does. Heston and Kevin gather evidence to prove Marvin Harris's dishonesty and Howard suggests that, rather than continually sniping at her, Mrs Tembe accompanies Ayesha on her rounds to show how hard she works.
- When elderly charity collector Elsie Potter collapses her grandson Ben calls in Zara and innocently gives her one of Elsie's home-made buns, unaware that they are hash cakes Elsie has made to help her arthritis. As a result Daniel needs to rescue a stoned Zara. Heston consults clairvoyant Celeste Baptiste over noises he hears in his house and though she believes there is nothing wrong the noise start again after she has left. Meanwhile Mandy and Niamh suspect that Mrs Tembe and Josh are more than friends.
- Luca returns to face Jamie. Scarlett's plans to get the better of her landlady nearly fall at the first hurdle. When a young man accuses a well-known businessman of sexual assault, Rob finds himself battling powerful forces, intent on scuppering his investigation.
- Barry and Franklyn provide security at the Letherbridge University Beauty pageant. Jimmi and DCI Driver meet a couple who say that the baby Sofia they are trying to adopt has gone missing - possibly kidnapped - along with Andrei, from the 'adoption agency'.
- Barry is really depressed back in work, while Julia and Martin, having spent the night together, spend a second day in Stratford. Zara and Daniel have a day off at home, read William Shakespeare and play at being each other's slaves. Their neighbors though have a strange relationship. The man slaves away and cleans at home, while his wife treats him like dirt, and goes out having sex with strange men. He ends up confiding in Zara.
- Freya is out shopping for a christening present and is about to buy some dodgy DVDs off a young street seller when the girl has a nasty asthma attack. She later turns up at the Mill wanting the pill. On checking the DVDs, Freya discovers underage porn and calls in Rob. Jimmi, Cherry and Mrs Tembe go to watch Heston's first day on trial, only he comes across as a spoiled, arrogant rich kid, while Curtis Brown comes across all innocent.
- Karen comes across a crying young female student who not only thinks her ex boyfriend is constantly stalking her, but has also put a hex on her. To try and look after her, Karen talks her into joining Jack and Immie's student power walk. She then takes a shine to Jack though. Heston prepares himself for possibly his last weekend of freedom. Mrs Tembe goes back to see Curtis Brown at the hospital to try and get him to change his mind about Heston.
- Heston sees a new student who has had many operations including a heart operation and having part of his bowel removed. He is moving into his student digs early, only his mother is being over bearing and embarrassing and is shocked when she finds out that her son's sharing with an attractive young girl. Zara, Daniel and baby Joe have a family day out at the local wildlife park; a day though which doesn't end at all well. Having moved into Kevin's, Jas is on the search for another part time job.
- Why has Musheera been hiding a secret from her mum for three years? She knows her mother's been struggling with her own issues, so could revealing it be the final straw that destroys their relationship? - It's the night of Heston's party. Unfortunately for Jack though, it's at the Icon Bar on a night when he's covering. He also has to look after a new barmaid who turns out to be more trouble than expected. She's already been to see the doctor, but then collapses. Freya gets interviewed by 'Letherbridge Life' magazine, only she's a bit nervous about it. Martin pays Julia a visit, only she's not too happy. He refuses to take no for an answer though. Zara lets Daniel sort out babysitting duties as Aliona can't make it, while she goes to Heston's party. It's not quite as easy as he thinks though. Meanwhile, somebodies house is being burgled.
- Howard gets involved in a war between two local cab firms. Immie's friend convinces her to try and get on the local television news program, opening her exam results live, but in the ensuing scuffle gets bashed in the shoulder and tears her red fishnets. Cherry opens up the Mandy, but doesn't get the reaction she hoped for.
- Daniel and Heston are finding that running the Mill and Campus surgeries, now that Julia has gone, is far more difficult than they had imagined. They decide that they need to look for a new Practice Manager - and 'sharpish'. Mrs Tembe announces an interest! Immie has to console a friend when he gets dumped by his boyfriend. Only he gets a surprise visit from his Auntie, who mistakenly believes that he and Immie are an item. She's also homophobic, so how do they tell her the truth? Mrs Tembe gets especially riled at the latest self defense class.
- Jack discovers a dead cat on Kevin's driveway. Mrs Tembe is determined to find out who the owner is, which results in Kevin having to have an awkward conversation with a very upset old lady. It's the day of Jack's exam results, only he seems to have lost his phone. Zara and Daniel get very argumentative over looking after baby Joe.
- Six new contestants compete for the Christmas Glitterball. There is also a group dance from past contestants and champions, plus music from special guest Rod Stewart. JB and Ola come top of the judges leader board with a score of 39 for their Jive, with Bobby and Katya bottom with 29 for their American Smooth. When judges scores and audience votes are added together, the Christmas Champion is revealed as JB and Ola.
- Six new contestants compete for judges and studio audience votes to impress and win the Christmas Glitterball Trophy. Elaine and Pasha come top of the judges leader board with a score of 39 for their Cha Cha Cha, but the trophy is won by Rufus and Flavia for their comic Tango. Six couples, including former champions, compete for judges scores and studio audience votes to become Christmas Champion, with Harry and Joanne coming out on top. - Cher Marshall is devastated when, on her wedding day, Mandy tells her she has cold sores which will not heal immediately. She wants to cancel the ceremony so Mrs Tembe attempts to save the day with carefully-applied make-up and a pep talk with Cher and her groom Will. However they are all in for a shock when the best man arrives. Jimmi meanwhile meets up with Hermione whilst Zara, angry with Howard for his time-keeping stunt, reveals to the other staff that he uses hair restorer as he is scared of going bald.
- Howard puts Kevin in charge of the new Lupus drug trial at St. Phils, and wants everyone to think of possible candidates. Mrs Tembe visits Mr Greenaway, but gets pushed out when he gets two unwelcome visitors - a young man and a sexy young girl. It seems he's being blackmailed. Freya visits her Aunt Patti, who suffers from Lupus. Karen suggests to Daniel that he has a Botox party at her house.
- Freya comes into work all giddy after her date with Mandy. Despite Julia's misgivings, Heston seems more determined than ever to see Kevin punished for his mistake, so Julia goes round to see Zara to talk it over (and see baby Joe!). Unfortunately she can't get past the baby talk! Ian's surprise visit to the Mill to see Heston has news which will rock the foundations of his and Marina's relationship. Mandy's suggestion for her and Freya's next date meanwhile, makes Freya question their compatibility again.
- Elaine decides she's going to be positive, but then Jimmi brings her a box of Harrison's effects which he wanted her to have - including his diary. Jas is having money problems - her bank is saying she hasn't enough of it! She then makes a diagnostic error on a young man. Karen decides she's going to have a new lease of life now that the kids have left home.
- It's Mandy's first day working at the Mill as part of the nursing staff. Cherry has a go at Freya for including her on her Blog after Freya canvases her readers for what to get Cherry for her birthday. Jack is all suited up for a career's fair at the University, but is using it just to pick up girls. He meets a gorgeous American student, but his lying to get her into bed soon gets out of hand. Mrs Tembe receives a postcard from Heston, but starts worrying about his heart, as he seems to be running a marathon in Mongolia!
- Elaine is in the middle of taking an anger management session at the Mill when the power goes off. It seems most of Letherbridge is affected, though not the Campus surgery, so most patients are sent there. Fortunately Rob manages to fix the backup generator, which is good as they are expecting an audit from the PCT. Jack joins Rob as he tries to find out who caused the blackout. One of Elaine's patients is very angry. He has started throwing things and gets really upset when his partner, children and horrid mother all turn up. Daniel's day starts off badly - he's not getting much sleep, and Zara refuses to have phone sex with him. He gets a visit from a young, sexy patient though, who's afraid of the dark.
